【摘要】 21世纪是信息时代。全球经济一体化和信息量的迅速增长，促使企业必须走信息化管理的道路。ERP系统在企业的应用，已成为改善企业管理、实现企业管理信息化、增强企业核心竞争力的重要措施。本文通过大量的调查研究，对国内外ERP的应用、发展和现状进行分析，并运用现代企业管理理论对一个具体的ERP系统——Tonsoft/ERP进行了研究。文中运用项目管理理论，研究ERP项目实施的管理过程，提出ERP项目成功实施的关键在于项目的组织、进度控制和风险控制，其中项目的组织是ERP项目实施成功的组织保证；进度控制决定项目实施的周期和费用，并与项目的成功有密切关系；风险控制关系项目实施的质量，是项目走向成功的重要因素。论文提出运用甘特图和网络图的方法对项目实施进度进行控制；运用风险链理论和阶段控制理论，对ERP项目中的风险进行分析；运用PDCA法和故障树法对可能发生的风险进行控制。论文最后提出我国ERP未来发展的战略对策。本文对ERP公司和企业实施ERP项目具有积极的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21th century is the age of information. For the globe economic unification and immense increase of information, all enterprises have been forced to choose the way of information management. ERP software system, being used now in enterprises, has already become an important measure to remake enterprises’ management medium and to realize enterprises’ information management for promoting enterprises’ core competition.Through investigating and studying, the implementation, develoption and present situation of ERP system have been analysed in detail. Modern management theory is adopted to analyze and study one of ERP systems----Tonsoft ERP. The author uses project management theory to study the management process about ERP project implementation. During success implementation, three key elements, that is project organization, process control and risk control have been put forward. Project organization is the framework guarantee for successful project implementation. Process controlling is vital to schedule, cost, and success of a project, and risk controlling to project quality. The author proposes that Gater map and Net map be used to control project process; Risk Chain Theory and Period Control Theory are used to analyze risk in ERP , PDCA method and Stoppage Tree to control risk during implementation. At the end of this paper, the developping strategy of ERP system in our country has been produced. Both ERP companies and enterprises can refer this paper during ERP implementation.更多还原
