【摘要】 燃气轮机（Gas Turbines）因其效率高、单位造价低、建设周期短、最低排放等诸多优势，在能源工业装机中的地位越来越高，异军突起，发展迅速，尤其在发达国家占新增能源的比例达到40-50%，在航海、航空及其国防等方面也被广泛应用，其制造技术和应用技术已趋于成熟，燃机与东汽的主导产品蒸汽轮机有相似之处，属于相关多元化的高科技产品。目前，我国政府又积极倡导发展和应用燃气轮机，尤其是“西气东输”工程的实施，对燃气轮机的需求提到较高的地位。本文通过对燃机的技术发展和市场需求的调查研究，通过引进技术、研制燃机成为东汽的主要选择的研究，通过对东汽发展历史和发展前景的调查分析，对东汽燃气轮机研制技改投资进行定量和定性分析，分析其投资规模、投资效益及投资风险，从而提出东汽研制燃气轮机的技术改造投资项目在技术上和经济都是可行的，选择研制燃气轮机将对东汽厂的发展具有重要的意义。该研究结论对东汽厂燃气轮机研制技改投资决策具有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With such some advantages as high efficiency, low cost in unit, short construction cycle, the lowest emission, gas turbine has higher and higher place and develops quickly in generating equipment of power industry and accounts for 40-50% of newly increased energy especially in developed countries. In the meantime, as it is widely used in navigation, aviation and defense, its manufacturing and application technologies become more mature. Gas turbine, highly scientific and technological product of relevant diversification, has similar contents with steam turbine that is main product of DFSTW. At present, our government is actively advocating to development and application of gas turbine. Especially in implementation of "natural gas from west to east" project, demands for gas turbine are lifted on higher position. Through investigations and researches on technological development and market demands of gas turbine, and research on main choice as DFSTW that are introduction of technology and research & manufacture on gas turbine as well as investigations and analysis on development history and prospect of DFSTW, and measurable and qualitative analysis on technological innovation investment for research and manufacture of gas turbine, and after analyzing investment scale, benefit and risk of gas turbine, the text presents that investment project of technological innovation for gas turbine be feasible in technology and economy and the choice researching and manufacturing gas turbine is of important significance for development of DFSTW.
