基于屈曲理论的典型结构强度分析

【摘要】 本论文系统论述了有限单元法和板的屈曲稳定理论,并在这些理论的指导下,以UG软件和MSC/NASTRAN软件为工具,对存在一定几何缺陷的典型箱形构件进行静强度和屈曲的综合分析,分别得出了不同缺陷度的构件的极限载荷,从而得到缺陷度与极限载荷的变化曲线,给出了缺陷度的最大许用值;同时,本论文还针对不同缺陷度构件的破坏形式不同这一问题进行了详尽的论述。此外,本论文还利用上述软件对具有国际先进水平的四履带水泥混凝土摊铺机和四履带铣刨机中的构件进行了静强度分析和屈曲分析,有限元分析结果为校核其承载的安全性及合理用材提供了理论依据,同时提出了结构设计方面的合理建议,本论文的研究方法和分析结果对机械结构强度分析具有很好的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, the theories of finite element and the buckling analysis of shell are discoursed systematically. Under the direction of these theories, with the help of UG software and MSC/NASTRAN software, the defective casing texture is analyzed on static strength and buckling, And then, the maximum loads of the texture with different defect value are gotten, The changeable curve of the maximum load with the defect value and the permissible defect value are gotten. That the texture with various defects can be destroyed variously is discoursed in considerable detail as well. In addition, the structures of four track concrete paver and milling machine are analyzed on static strength and buckling by use of this software. The finite element analysis results can be of great use for verifying the security of loads and the economization of material. The results also present a proposal to design the structure reasonably. The research methods of the thesis and the results that the thesis provides have good consultant valuation for structure strength analysis.
