半柔性路面用混合料性能及其设计方法研究

【摘要】 半柔性路面是一种刚柔相济的新型路面结构形式,它是将特殊级配的水泥胶浆灌入大空隙沥青混合料中而形成的路面。 论文在参考国内外研究成果的基础上,借助于多种试验分析方法,对水泥胶浆、母体沥青混合料的配比进行了研究,并提出了相应的配合比设计方法。同时,对半柔性路面材料的路用性能进行了系统的研究,并采用扫描电镜方法,从微观角度对半柔性路面材料的强度形成机理进行了分析。最后,对水泥—乳化沥青混合料的强度形成机理、配合比设计方法以及路用性能进行了分析研究。 希望本文的研究成果能促进半柔性路面在我国的推广应用。
【Abstract】 The semi-flexible pavement is a kind of rigid and flexible pavement, which is formed by filling the special cement slurry into the big-interspaced asphalt mixture.On the base of researches inside and outside of the country, and recurring to many kinds of test methods, the mix design of cement slurry and mother asphalt mixture has been studied, and the corresponding design method has been brought forward. At the same time, the paper has put up a series of researches about the semi-flexible pavement performance and analyzed the mechanism of strength formation by means of electron microscope. Finally, the paper has studied the cement-emulsified asphalt mixture. The paper analyzed the mechanism of strength formation, brought forward the mix design method and evaluated its performance.We hope the achievement of this study can promote the popularization and application of the semi- flexible pavement in our country.
