压路机的智能化与故障智能诊断的研究与设计

【摘要】 本文主要研究了振动压路机单机智能化的原理与组成,并通过合适的软硬件实现了适用于样机调试的压路机故障智能诊断系统。首先从建立压路机的物理数学模型着手,详细分析了影响压实效果的各种因素,以及各种因素对压实效果的影响程度。针对这些因素并结合当前的研究状况,提出了压路机单机智能化的主要内容,包括压实参数的自动化控制和故障智能诊断,依照当前的技术水平,这是可以实现的。然后采用模糊推理和专家系统相结合的方法,针对所开发的智能化样机的故障诊断设计出了相应的技术方案,采用芬兰EPEC公司的2025可编程显示器模块,在该公司独特的软件开发环境中开发出了相应程序,设计出了内容丰富的人机对话界面,实现了故障诊断专家系统,并能够直接应用于样机的调试,这样就完成了初步的开发工作。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the principle and consistent of the single intelligent vibratory roller is discussed primarily. By the proper hardware and software, we implement the intelligent fault diagnosis system which can be applied to debug the sample roller. First, the physical and mathematical model of the roller is modeled. Then all kinds of elements which affect the compaction characteristics and to which degree are analyzed in detail. Considering these elements and the current research level, we present the primary contents of the single intelligent vibratory roller which includes both the automation control of the compaction reference and the fault diagnosis. According to the technology level at present, it is possible to realize these contents. Furthermore, combining the fuzzy interface with the expert system, we propose the technology scheme which is fit to the fault diagnosis of the sample roller. By adopting the 2025 programmable display module which is provided by the EPEC company in Finland, we exploit the program and design the abundant human-machine interface (HMI) successfully under the particular software developing circumstance of the company, and implement the fault diagnosis expert system which can be applied to debug the sample roller. Thus the primary exploiting job is accomplished.
