交通量声频检测的研究

【摘要】 本论文从分析现行的交通量检测方法的现状出发,提出了一种新的交通量检测方法。对麦克风阵列所采集车辆通过的声频信号,运用阵列信号处理理论进行离线处理,可以较准确地估计交通流量和上下行车辆数目。文中详细介绍了声波传播的基本知识、信号传输模型;窄带和宽带信号的阵列处理模型;信号源个数估计理论;波达方向估计理论以及高阶统计量在阵列信号处理中的应用。提出了将车辆个数估计转化为阵列信号处理中的信号源个数估计,进而得到道路交通量;将上下行车辆的数目的估计转化为阵列信号处理中的波达方向(DOA)变化估计,进而得到车辆上下行数目估计。最后通过实验论证了该方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation , a new method of traffic volume detection is presented. The noise signal of passing car is gathered through microphone array, and processed off line with array signal processing theory , thus traffic volume and up and down vehicles can be estimated accurately. The condition of current traffic volume detection methods is also analyzed. Subsequently, the primary knowledge of sound wave and the model of signal transmission are introduced .At last, the models of the narrowband and broadband array signal processing , the theory of the number of source signal estimation , the theory of invariable estimation and usage of high-order statistics in array signal processing are presented. In this paper, the problem of the number of vehicle estimation can be transformed into the number of signal source estimation, and the problem of up and down vehicles estimation can be transformed into DOA estimation alteration of array signal processing. As a result, we can get the traffic volume estimation and up and down vehicles estimation . At last, we prove that the method is feasible by experiment.
