【摘要】 随着国家对国有企业改革的进一步深入，国有资产如何保值增值的问题日益显露。而国有资产的保值增值关系到国有企业改革和结构调整的成败，因此寻找出国有资产保值增值中存在的问题，并根据现有国情提出相应解决对策成为国有资产研究的一个新的热点。本文首先根据目前现实情况，系统地分析了国有资产保值增值现有的相关理论，提出了国有资产保值增值中存在的问题和原因。其次将现有的国有资产的指标模型与“投入-产出”模型相结合，得出能够反映各项因素对整个指标影响情况的评价模型。再次对国有资产保值增值的机制进行构建，以此来完善国有资产保值增值的运营、管理和监督体系。最后，提出适合我国国有资产保值增值的相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With national enterprise reform deepening, how to make national assets keep value and add value has become more and more important. This is because national assets keeping value and adding value is tightly tied up with the success and failure of national enterprise reform and structure adjustment. But there are a lot of worrying problems in national assets keeping value and adding value. Therefore looking for problems in national assets keeping value and adding value, and putting forward corresponding countermeasures according to present situation of our country have become a new focus. Firstly, according to present situation, this paper analyzed some existing theories related with national assets keeping value and adding value systematically, and put forward problems existing in national assets keeping value and adding value and reasons that problems bring. Secondly it combined existing index model of national assets with the model of "devotion-output", consequently got the appraising model that can reflect the situation that various factors influence on indexes. Thirdly it constructed the mechanism of national assets keeping value and adding value in order to perfect operation system, management system and supervisal system. Finally it put forward corresponding countermeasures that suit national assets keeping value and adding value in our country.更多还原
