【摘要】 本地网资源管理系统是基于本地网资源管理软件的一整套电信级解决方案。从用户的角度出发，提供系统硬件平台的设计、采购、集成、安装、调试、升级和维护等解决方案。 本地网网络资源管理系统是侧重于本地网网络资源的管理，同时兼顾网络质量管理。重点网络管线管理、设备管理、配置管理、拓扑管理、调度管理以及统计分析，主要设备包括PDH、SDH、DWDN、IDLC、PON、FWA、ADSL、BITS等。通过主要设备的资源配备和运行状态，该系统发现处理运行异常，从本地网全局的角度调整网络达到整体优化，保证网络的运行质量，在网络资源管理的基础上，实现调度方案的生成，以及电路／通道的闭环调度流程。然后根据调度单的执行情况，自动对电路资料进行修改和数据同步，并能根据调单执行情况统计考核电路调度任务的执行情况。 依据不断变化的网络资源结构和管理需求，充分发挥自身的技术开发优势，借助新的系统开发工具，设计的广泛适用于本地网资源管理的系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Local Network Resoure Management System is based on the whole set of telecommunication class solution the local network resoure management system software. From point of custom, the solution for the systimatic hardware platform ,covering design, procurement, integration, installation, adjustment, upgrading and maintenance is being offered.The local network resoure management system is mainly engaged in the lacal network resoure management,at the same time and the network quality managerment as well, also including network line-pipe management, equipment management, configure management, topology management , attemper management and systimatic analysis, the main equipments include PDH, SDH, DWDN, IDLC, PON, FWA, ADSL, BITS etc.By means of the main equipments’ s resoure attemper and running state , We can finds out something abnornal in operation, from the whole point of local network, adjusting network is to be made to reach overal optimiztion .ensuring the network operating quality, realizing the the dispatching solution on the basis of network resource management and circuit closed-loop dispatching circulation. Then ,according to the execution of dispatching list,automatically revise circuit material and data synchronization and the circuit dispatch conditon can be tested according to dispatching list.Based on the demand of constant changing network resource structure and management, technology development can be given full play, by means of the new system developing tools, the design can be widely applied to local network resource management.更多还原
