齿轮表面陶瓷生长工艺的研究

【摘要】 齿轮系统是各种机器设备和机械装备中应用最为广泛的动力和传动形式之一。随着现代工业的发展,对大功率、高速、重载的齿轮需求的日益增加,对齿轮的性能要求不断提高。因此,研究新工艺、新材料在齿轮上的应用,提高齿轮的质量和性能,降低生产和使用成本,减少噪音,减少能源和资源消耗具有十分重要的意义,成为当前齿轮研究的重点之一。“齿轮表面陶瓷生长工艺的研究”作为国家自然科学基金资助项目“表面陶瓷齿轮工艺与性能的研究”(编号:50105022)的组成部分,主要研究齿轮表面陶瓷的生长,实现陶瓷生长层与本体紧密结合,为高强度、高韧性、耐磨耐热、长寿命的齿轮提供重要的理论依据和试验数据。本研究主要有以下几个方面的工作:① 对32Cr2MoV钢离子渗氮进行了研究。通过离子渗氮,提高了32Cr2MoV钢表面硬度,并形成了一定深度的硬化层,为后续的多弧离子镀氮化钛(TiN)陶瓷涂层提供了良好的支撑。② 离子渗氮与多弧离子镀复合处理的研究,采用正交试验法,运用多弧离子镀,在32Cr2MoV钢渗氮基体上镀覆TiN陶瓷,研究多弧离子镀各工艺参数对TiN陶瓷性能的影响,优化出了一种工艺,并通过该工艺获得了性能优良的TiN陶瓷涂层。③ 对32Cr2MoV钢、渗氮层及TiN陶瓷进行了微观结构的分析,研究其结构对整个材料性能的影响。研究了表面TiN陶瓷材料的耐腐蚀性能。④ 对32Cr2MoV钢氮化与复合处理试样进行了滚子试验,研究其摩擦磨损性能,试验表明:材料经过复合处理后较氮化有更好的抗摩擦磨损性能。⑤ 制备出了表面陶瓷齿轮,为研究表面陶瓷齿轮的承载能力、磨损、疲劳等性能提供了条件。
【Abstract】 Gear transmission system is one of the most important power and transmission forms for machinery and mechanical equipment. With the development of modern industry, a demand of high-power, high velocity and heavy load gears is increasing, and the requirements of the performance of gears are emphasized. As a result, it is of great importance to study the new technology and materials’ application on gears, improve the quality and performance of gears, reduce the cost of manufacture and use, decrease the noise, energy and resource comsumption. It has been emphasized on gear research currently."Study of Ceramic Coating Deposition on the Surface of Gears by Composite Treatment" as one of the major parts of the project (50105022) financed by National Nature Science Foundation, a detailed study is carried out on the deposition of ceramic coating on gear surface with high adhesion, and provide academic and experimental data for high intensity, high toughness, antiwear, high temper resistance gears with long life. Major works in this paper are as follows.① Study on plasma nitridng on 32Cr2MoV steel. By plasma nitriding, the hardness of the surface of 32Cr2MoV is improved, and a hardened layer is found, which provide a good support to TiN coating deposited by Multi-arc ion plating.② Research of plasma nitrinding and ion plating composite treatment, by orthogonal test,deposit TiN coating on the surface of 32Cr2MoV steel after plasma nitriding, the parameters of Mulit-arc ion plating are concern and the process is optimized. We can acquire TiN coatings with high performance by this means.③ The microstructure of 32Cr2MoV steel, nitrided layer and TiN coating are analysised. The anti-corrosion of TiN coating is also investigated.④ To explore the frictional wear performance of TiN coating a roller test with 32Cr2MoV plasma nitriding and composite treatment are implementated. The results indicate 32Cr2MoV steel has better wear resistance.⑤ Some surface ceramic coated gears are made, which is a good start for the following research on gears.
