基于3S技术的特种车辆监控导航系统

【摘要】 智能交通系统(Intelligent Transportation System,简称ITS)是目前公认的全面有效地解决交通运输领域问题,特别是交通拥挤、交通阻塞、交通事故和交通污染等的最佳途径。车辆导航系统是ITS中当前需求比较迫切、应用比较广泛的一个重要的应用系统。车辆导航系统是集地理信息系统GIS、全球定位系统GPS和无线通信技术于一体的综合车辆管理系统。本文结合GIS、GPS和遥感技术RS完成了对基于3S技术的特种车辆监控导航系统的设计。本文的主要内容如下:(1) 概述了ITS和车辆导航系统的发展现状。介绍了GIS、GPS和RS的原理、应用及其3S集成技术和集成模式;3S技术在车辆导航系统中的应用。(2) 车辆监控导航系统主要由定位子系统、地理信息子系统和通信子系统三大子系统组成。详细分析了各子系统的实现方法。论证了车辆监控导航系统的总体设计方案。(3) 研究了导航电子地图的设计方法。详细叙述了电子地图的作用、获取以及导航数据库的设计与更新技术。(4) 以120急救系统为例,实现了车辆导航系统的系统设计。并用VB和GIS组件MapX实现了系统部分功能。(5) 对路径规划算法进行了分析,用Dijkstra算法实现了最优路径的计算;提出了在GIS环境下的优化方法以及路径规划过程中需要注意的问题。
【Abstract】 It’s well known to all that Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is provides the best solution for traffic accident, pollution and etc. Vehicle Location and navigation system is widely used and required application in ITS. It’s integrated GIS, GPS and wireless communication. In this paper we develop a special vehicle location and navigation system based on GIS, GPS and RS is developed. The main research content and results are followed: (1) This thesis summarizes the developments of ITS and vehicle location and navigation system. Some applications of 3S technique in ITS is also introduced. (2) Vehicle location and navigation systems mainly include three sub systems: location system, geographical system and wireless communication. This thesis analysis the realization methods of each sub system and discuss the design of Vehicle location and navigation system.(3) The map method design for navigation is introduced. The function and acquirement of E-MAP, and the design and update technique of navigation database are also put forward in detail.(4) This thesis take 120 as a sample and realize a design of vehicle location and navigation system. Part of the function are programmed by VB and GIS component MapX.(5) This thesis analyzes the path plan algorithms for vehicle location and navigation system. Dijkstra algorithm is used to calculate the shortest path. At last some notable problems of optimum method and path plan in GIS environments are proposed.
