高分子复合橡胶材料注射成型技术研究

【摘要】 橡胶制品在国民经济和国防建设中得到了越来越广泛的应用,从仪器仪表、化工、汽车、建筑、机械到军工乃至航天领域,都已成为不可缺少的重要材料。但橡胶成型技术的滞后,已成为橡胶应用的障碍。其原因在于多数橡胶是热固性的,因而目前广泛采用的成型方法是铸压成型。而这种成型方法有很多缺陷:工艺操作复杂、成型周期长、生产效率低、模具易损坏、质量不稳定以及强体力手工操作等。课题旨在研究橡胶制品注射成型的理论问题,以避免铸压成型的不足。高分子材料注射成型的三个要素是注射物料、注射机和注射模具,对于橡胶材料的注射成型而言,由于注射模具可以借用稍加改动的热塑性塑料的注射模具,因而课题将不讨论这部分内容。对注射用物料-橡胶研究的关键是如何通过适当的改性(工艺性能),使之具有适合注射成型的粘度(好的流动性),以避免在高温下产生过硫化和焦烧,同时又尽量不削弱甚至适当提高制品的物理力学性能(使用性能)。注射机对注射成型过程的影响主要由注射过程工艺参数体现,因此,对注射过程中主要的过程参数温度和压力的分布是本课题的主要研究内容之一。而且,由于温度的监测和控制方法的设计将对注射成型产生很大影响,所以,这也是课题的主要研究内容。另外,对于目前在各行业应用日趋广泛的专家系统,课题将探讨其应用于橡胶材料注射成型过程的可能性,以期对该行业未来的发展有所裨益。

【Abstract】 Rubber products have played a important role in the national economy and the construction of national defence. It is an essential material in the instrument and apparatus industry, the chemical industry, the automobile industry, the architecture industry, the mechanical industry, the war industry and the spaceflight industry. But the under-developed technology of the rubber confectioning has been an obstacle to the rubber application. The reason is that the main method of the rubber confectioning is the press mold method, which is the common way of the thermoset rubber. There are a lot of shortcoming about this means of confectioning such as the complex handle craft, the long confectioning period, the low produce efficiency, the easy destroyed mould, the instability of the quality and the physical force of handwork, etc.This topic focus on the injection confectioning of the rubber products in order to avoid the shortcoming of the press mold method. There are contents of three aspects, that is injection rubber, injection machine and injection mould. And these are the three elements about the confectioning of the thermoset macromolecule material. Because we can use the injection mould of the thermoplastic for reference, we would not study on it. The key problem of studying on the injection rubber is how to modify the injection rubber to obtain appropriate viscosity liquid in order to avoid the over vulcanization and burn in high temperature. And the mechanical capability of the rubber would not be weakened.The injection machine affects the injection process, and it was incarnated by the injection processing parameter. So the distributing of temperature and pressure in the injection processing will be one of the main contents in studying. Furthermore, the design of temperature surveillance and control would affect the injection processing seriously, it would also be studied in this paper.Otherwise, this paper will discuss the applied possibility of the Expert system which is comprehensively used in the other field. This would be helpful to the future development.
