电厂地理信息系统应用研究

【摘要】 管线是电厂重要的基础设施,担负着能源输送、信息传递等工作,也是电厂赖以生存和发展的物质基础。对于电厂来说,地上和地下有厂房、重要设备、电力、通信、水网、气网、输油管、储油罐、公路、各种沟道等设施,在某种意义上其复杂程度甚至超过一般城市的市政设施。传统管理手段是管理大量的工程档案和图纸,如此庞杂的信息,使得工作任务十分繁重,而且在管理和使用上也不方便。更重要的是如此庞杂的设施除了拥有各自的属性数据以外,且都具有与地理坐标有关的空间数据,在设施维护、工厂改造和突发事件发生时,人们不但关心设施本身,而且也关心各种设施自身空间位置及相互的位置关系,这正是本系统所要解决的问题。 电厂管网管理系统正是在这种背景下根据建设和应用的需要而研制的。系统的开发充分利用现今蓬勃发展的GIS技术,实现各类专业管线、阀门、沟道等的信息输入、管理、查询、分析及各类专题图的绘制、输出等功能,满足了地下各类管线的规划、勘探、维护、施工和管理的需要。论文分为两部分,第一部分介绍了地理信息系统的基本理论,并且用MapInfo Professional6.5为GIS开发平台,VB6.0为程序开发语言开发传统的局域网系统。该系统完成了一个成熟的地理信息系统,基本具有一个地理信息系统的所有功能,符合用户的要求,是一个可运用于实际生产管理的地理信息系统。随着分布式网络技术的发展,传统GIS向着信息共享和信息交互的网络GIS发展。WebGIS是GIS与网络的有机结合,它使GIS的应用领域扩展到社会的方方面面,成为了大众化的信息工具。所以在论文的第二部分系统地介绍了地理信息系统应用于Internet平台的系统框架和应用开发技术。探讨了WebGIS开发技术路线及组件式地理信息系统平台的无缝集成方法。利用AutoDesk公司的WebGIS软件MapGuide6.0和ASP及VBScript开发了一个WebGIS应用系统,在客户端完善了GIS的功能,并着重分析了WebGIS在客户端如何实现数据更新,完成一个比较成功的WebGIS系统。
【Abstract】 Pipeline is the important foundation establishment of PowerStation, which takes on work of transfer power and information, and is substance foundation of PowerStation’s survival and development. There are workshops, important equipments, electric power network, communication network, water pipelines, gas pipelines, oil pipelines, oil jars, high ways and all sorts of channels on the ground or underground, to some extent the complex degree excess ordinal city equipments. Traditional manage means is manage a lot of project archives and papers. It has so much mass information that makes work difficultly and makes management and usage very inconvenient. All the equipments not only have attribute data but also have spatial data. We not only care equipments themselves but also equipment’s position and the position relationship of equipments, when we meet equipments maintenance and factory rebuild and emergency accidents. The system can solute all the problems above.PowerStation pipe network management system is development under the need of construction and application. The system’s development uses GIS technology fully. It realize functions that all sorts of pipes, valves and ditches’ information input, manage, query, analyze and protract, output theme map. It satisfied all sorts of pipes’ layout, prove, maintenance, construction and management demands. The paper divided into two parts. The first part introduces the foundation theory of GIS and a LAN system. The System use MapInfo Professional 6.5 as development platform and VB6.0 as development programmed language. The system is a mature GIS system. It has all the GIS functions. It can be a real product of management GIS, and it accord user’s demands.With the development of distribute Web technology, traditional GIS is changing to WebGIS, which can share information and interaction information. And WebGIS is the combination of GIS and Internet.This paper’s second part introduces the system structure and developing<WP=6>technology of GIS applying to Internet platform, and discusses the seamless integrated programming technology with WebGIS’ component platform. The paper uses AutoDesk’s WebGIS software, MapGuide6.0, ASP and VBScript to develop a WebGIS system to perfect the WebGIS’ functions of client’s terminal. Especially, this paper analyses how to update the data on the client’s terminal of GIS. And by all the efforts above, a successful WebGIS system is brought forth.
