基于液压虚拟仪器的结晶器振动波形生成与实时监控

【摘要】 本文对结晶器激振系统的非正弦波形的生成和结晶器激振系统的实时监测系统进行了较深入的研究。采用液压虚拟仪器技术,通过计算机屏幕可以形象、方便地模拟各种仪器控制面板,以各种形式表达输出检测结果,用计算机软件可以实现各种各样的信号分析、处理,完成多种多样的监测功能。这样使得系统设备减少,测试、监测功能由软件代替,降低了成本。本文研究的主要内容如下: 1.提出了液压虚拟仪器的概念。以往对虚拟仪器的研究主要集中于平台软件、总线与接口技术、通用虚拟仪表开发等方面,本文根据液压测控具有高频响、数字传感、主动控制、复合波形生成等特点,提出了液压虚拟仪器的概念,开发了部分液压虚拟仪器组件。 2.在对结晶器振动机理进行分析研究的基础上,生成了满足生产需要的复合波形,同时建立了结晶器非正弦振动工艺参数的数学模型,并对工艺参数的确定进行了分析。 3.研究了基于液压虚拟仪器的连铸结晶器激振系统的在线监测系统。主要对其中的振动伺服油缸的同步精度、伺服阀故障、油源故障等方面进行了实时监测。 4.提出了图形资源与应用程序相分离的思想及实现方法,这为软件的升级带来了极大的方便。 5.对影响软件可靠性的各因素进行了分析,说明了在结晶器激振监测系统中提高软件可靠性的各种方法。

【Abstract】 In this thesis , the method how to make non-sinusoidal oscillation wave and the on-line monitor system of mould oscillation controlling system are studied, by using hydraulic virtual instrument technology, all kinds of controlling panels can be imitated by computer screen and the monitor result can be shown conveniently by all kinds of ways, meanwhile, the analysis, processing and monitor of signal of all kinds can be realized by computer software. So the quantity of equipment of monitor system can be decreased ,because software instead of the function of test and monitor equipment,the cost is reduced. Main researched problems of this paper are listed below:1. Hydraulic VI conception is raised. In the past, the studying on VI mainly concentrated on platform software, bus wire and interface technology ,common VI exploitation etc.In this paper, according to features belonged to the hydraulic monitor and controlling system such as high frequency response, digital transducer,initiative controlling ,complex wave creating etc, hydraulic VI conception is raised and some hydraulic VI components are developed.2. On base of researching the principle of mould oscillation controlling system , the complex wave which can satisfy the requirement of procedure is created, at the same time ,themathematical model of non-sinusoidal oscillation processing parameter of the mould is set up and the processing parameter is determined.3. The on-line monitor system based on hydraulic VI of caster mould oscillation controlling system is studied, this on-linemonitor system can be used to monitor the synchronization precision of servo cylinder, the trouble of servo valve, the failure of power station.4. The thought which separates the drawing resource from adaptive program is raised and the method how to realize the thought is given. It is very usefull to upgrade the software.5. Analysing all kinds of elements which influence the reliability of software ,explaining the method which improves the reliability of software using for mould oscillation monitor system.
