【摘要】 本文从PDM技术在我国应用的现状出发，面向广大中小企业需求，提出了递增进化实施PDM系统的方法，研究了递增进化实施PDM的相关技术，结合应用开发实例，为广大中小企业以较少的投入，有步骤、分阶段、递增进化实施PDM系统提供了一个良好的解决方案。 第一章，分析了制造业面临的竞争环境和信息化过程中存在的一些问题。阐述了PDM技术产生的背景和作用，提出了面向中小企业需求的递增进化PDM系统实施方法。 第二章，阐述了PDM数据库的递增进化过程，递增进化的PDM系统数据模型，对数据对象实体联系模型进行了分类，介绍了PDM系统实现的数据对象实体联系模型，提出了PDM数据库递增进化开发方法、步骤和设计过程。 第三章，从用户和开发者两个层面研究了PDM系统的递增进化，介绍了开发PDM系统的对象分层模型，分析了PDM递增进化的几个阶段，以及从EDM到PDM的进化过程，讨论了PDM进化过程中应该考虑的问题和PDM递增进化的方式。 第四章，提出了递增进化PDM系统实施方法、递增进化PDM实施步骤和数据库选型。对递增进化PDM系统数据共享和数据一致性进行了研究，提出了以BOM表的方式实现数据共享和保持数据一致性的算法及其实现。 第五章，以实例的方式论述了EDM向PDM系统的进化、进化前后的功能对比，介绍了PDM实现的实例、算法和运行实例。 本文最后对所做的工作进行了总结，展望了PDM今后的发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the requirement of many small and moderate manufactures in China, an Evolving and Increasing PDM implement method is advanced in this paper. And some key technique is studied. Through the implement of the evolution and increasing PDM system, a full scheme for the medium and small enterprises to implement the Product Data Management System with economic, convenience and to implement step by step is put forward.In the first chapter, some problems which manufactures are facing in process of applying information technique and the competition environment from the marketing are analyzed. The background and appliance of the PDM technique are expounded. And an evolving and increasing PDM implement method that fits for the requirements of many small and medium enterprises is proposed.In the second chapter, the mode of PDM data store and process of the evolving and increasing PDM database are expatiated. The entity related models are classified. The entity related data model to implement the PDM is introduced. The development method of evolving and increasing PDM database, developing procedure and its design are put forward.In the third chapter, the evolving and increasing of the PDM system is analyzed from view of the user and designer. The layer-model of the PDM objects is introduced. The process that PDM system evolves from a departmental-level to an enterprise-level and phases of the evolving and increasing PDM are introduced. Reasons in the process of evolving PDM and mode of evolving and increasing PDM are introduced.In the forth chapter, method of the evolution and increasing PDM system, Selection the link-mode of PDM database and steps of implement of the PDM system are put forward. The consistency and share of the PDM data are studied. The algorithm based on the BOM to remain the consistency of the PDM data is advanced and carried out.In the fifth chapter, example of the EDM evolving to PDM and the functions of the system between the EDM and PDM are discussed. And examples of the evolving and increasing PDM system are introduced.Finally, work in this paper is summarized, and further directions of the PDM are discussed.更多还原
