档案自动识别与存取技术研究及其自动档案库系统设计

【摘要】 档案资料是人们生活、社会实践等形式的概括和经验,是知识的总结,在科学研究、生产建设中发挥着重要的作用,是人类社会的宝贵财富。目前,人们越来越重视档案的保管和利用工作,许多国家在这方面都投入了一定的人力和物力进行研究。如何有效地保管好档案资料以及自动快速借出用户所需的档案,是当今档案管理工作的努力目标。 本论文针对档案管理及使用的现状,着重研究讨论了档案的自动识别与自动存取技术,结合档案库房的状态检测与控制以及档案信息管理等问题,研究设计从档案信息检索、档案传输直至档案存取全过程自动化的档案库系统。 具体分析了科学管好用好档案资料的方法与重要性,提出了以密闭档案库房替代敞开式库房,并自动监控库房的温湿度来延长档案的使用寿命;提出了采用档案自动识别与存取技术以及AGV技术,来提高档案库的自动化程度和工作效率;采取防盗、防火等措施以确保档案库的安全;采用C/S或B/S工作模式来组建档案库的信息管理网络。 档案存储有其特点:一是档案大多是单件保存;二是档案有其相应的秘密等级;三是每件档案都有其有效的保存年限。这些都给档案的自动识别与存取过程带来了很大困难。从方便档案的自动识别与存取角度出发,设计了相应的档案盒及档案架。本论文提出了档案自动识别的三种方法:位置识别法——把档案装入各自的档案盒,通过识别档案盒在档案架上的位置来识别档案;条码识别法——在档案盒的端面设置条码,通过条码识别技术来识别档案;RF识别法——通过无接触方式识别档案盒端面的电子标签来识别档案。 根据抓取机构不同的工作机理和抓取方式,设计了档案盒的卡式抓取机构与吸盘式抓取机构。为达到快速自动存取档案的目的,结合论文所制定的档案存放原则,推导了AGV行走的最优路径算法。 最后,设计了有关控制软件的程序框图,对档案管理软件进行了模块化分解,并明确了各模块中软件设计的任务,设计了管理软件中某些程序流程图。
【Abstract】 Archives are based on the experiences of the people’s living and social practice, and play great role in science research, produce and construct. Archives are the invaluable fortune of the society. At present, more attention is paid to preserve and utilize archives. Some manpower and resources are put into study preservation ways in many countries. The object of archives management is to preserve archives efficiently and lend archives quickly in automation.Based on the archives management and use situation, the technologies of automatic identification, storage and fetch are discussed. Combined with storeroom state inspection, control and archives information management etc, the whole automatic process, which includes information retrieval, archives transmission, storage and fetch, is studied and designed.The method and importance of scientific handling and using files are analyzed in detail. To use obturation storeroom replace open storeroom, and control the temperature and humidity of storeroom automatically, in order to extend the archives’ natural life . The technologies of automatic identification, storage, fetch and AGV are put forward to improve automatic level and work efficiency. The theftproof and fireproof technologies are adopted to keep storeroom security. The information management network of storeroom is constructed by C/S or B/S work mode.Single preservation, relevant secret rating and effective fixed number of year are the main characteristics of archives storage, which bring great difficulties of automatic storage and fetch. Relevant archives boxes and racks are designed in the light of convenience to automatic identification, storage and fetch. Three methods of archives automatic identification are put forward. The first way is "position identification", which recognize archives position in the rack, after putting archives into relevant box. The second way is "bar code identification", which recognize archives by putting bar code on the side of box. The third way is "RF identification", which recognize archives in no touch mode by putting electronical label on the side of box.The clip grab mechanism and suck tray grab mechanism are designed according to different work principles and grab modes of different grab mechanisms. The optimistic arithmetic of AGV move route is ratiocinated combined with the principlesof archives storage, in order to the purpose of storage and fetch archives quickly.Relevant control software flow chart and archives management software flow chart are designed. The tasks in each module of archives management software are make certain after disintegrated by modularizing.
