【摘要】 四川省宽带多媒体网扩容工程是四川省电信公司九五重点建设项目，本文作者以项目负责人的身份参与了该项目。本文以四川省电信公司经营目标为基准，以多媒体网络技术的发展趋势及采用技术的先进性为依据，按照现有网络的实际情况及各地、市、州的实际业务需求对现有宽带多媒体网进行了改造和扩容。所设计并实现的宽带多媒体网采用两层结构，由骨干网络和接入网络组成，其中骨干网保持现有ATM网STM-16中继电路的全网状网连接，接入网的各市、州节点保持以双622M／155M中继电路分别与骨干节点连接的双星型结构。该网络覆盖了省多媒体网的全部地、市、州节点。本文对所涉及的通信系统、辅助系统、传输指标、电源系统等都做了详尽的设计，通过专家组评审通过后，已经实施，大部分工程已经完成。论文还对工程的实施中出现的故障提出了解决措施，实践证明是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sichuan wide-band multimedia network expansion project is "nine-five" important construction project. This thesis is based on the target of Sichuan Telecom development the developing trends of transmission techniques . The thesis collected the necessary data from the different areas in Sichuan province. The multimedia network has two layers and is composed of main net and access net. The main net maintains the network conlection of ATM net STM-16 relay circuit. Access net maintains the double-star shaped structure and has 622M/155M relay circuit. This net coveres the complete knots of region, municipality and prefecture around the province. The thesis gives the design of the related communication systems, auxiliary systems, transmission index and electric systems, etc, in detaile. And the solutions for dealing with the problems during the construction process are also put forward.更多还原
