虚拟样机的仿真过程及其建模技术研究

【摘要】 采用虚拟样机仿真支撑平台/环境技术,可使产品的设计者,使用者和制造者在产品研制的早期,在虚拟环境中,直观形象地对虚拟的产品样机进行设计优化,性能测试,制造仿真和使用仿真。这对于启迪设计创新,提高设计质量,减少设计错误有着重要的意义。 本论文首先介绍了有关虚拟样机的基本概念及其发展动态,着重研究了其中工作流建模部分,提出了一种面向对象的工作流建模方法,并开发了工作流建模工具。然后探讨了协同仿真平台中基于NetMeeting的虚拟样机协同设计技术及其二次开发的方法以及与3D模型浏览显示功能块的集成等等。最后对产品初始设计专家系统与协同仿真平台进行了初步集成。
【Abstract】 With the support of virtual prototyping platform/environment, designers, users and manufacturers of the product can intuitively and visually improve the design, test the performance and use the virtual prototyping to simulate in the forepart of the product development. It has great significance in improving the design quality, decreasing the design faults and enlightening the designers.This paper first presents the basic concepts of virtual prototyping, then strongly lays emphasis on the workflow simulation which is the part of virtual prototyping, brings forward a object-oriented method of workflow modeling to develop a workflow modeling tool. The following section discusses NetMeeting-based technology of the virtual prototyping collaborative design and the redevelopment of NetMeeting in the collaborative simulation platform/environment. At the same time we probe into the integration of browsing and displaying the 3D models which are in the modeling database with the collaborative simulation platform. At last in the early design phase of product, we implement the primary integration of Expert System with the collaborative simulation platform/environment.
