引信全寿命周期质量管理研究

【摘要】 本论文针对引信研制、生产、验收、使用过程的质量管理进行了阐述。 研制过程的质量管理是源头的管理、系统的管理，必须贯彻预防为主、一次成功的思想，合理地划分研制阶段，遵循研制阶段质量管理的基本要求；生产过程质量管理要从外购器材的管理、工序的管理、批次的管理、关键件和重要件的管理、质量检验的管理、不合格品的管理、技术状态的管理、质量问题的处理等方面加强控制；采取有效的验收方法保证不合格的产品不出厂；及时收集处理使用过程的质量信息，做好为用户服务。 引信企业要以人为本，积极推行全面质量管理，不断提高产品质量，以精良的武器装备部队。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this text,We discuss the Quality Control for fuze development, manufacturing,accept and employment.The Quality Control of the development control is a kind of original control and system control ,and need carry out the idea of "Prevention First,Success One Time",and devide the development period reasonablly, the basic requirement of the Quality Control during the Development Period.The Quality Control during the Manufacturing period must strengthen the control for purchased parts,working procedure,batch,key parts and important parts, quality check,reject parts,technical status,treating of with quality issues,etc.We must adopt check method in effect to assure that the reject products can not be taken out of the factory.We must collect and treat the quality information for the employment period,and serve the users in a good way.People is the root for the plants of producing fuzes,they should actively push the Total quality control. They should continuously increase the product quality to equip the army with best weapons.更多还原
