【摘要】 本文简单介绍物流管理的基础知识和国内外物流发展的历程，系统分析了柳州东宜公司内外部物流环境。根据现代物流管理的基础理论和柳州东宜公司的客观实际，确定了物流管理的战略，并在一体化管理、专业化经营的战略决策指导下，对传统的各自为政的多功能业务组织和业务流程进行专业化重组和设计，提出了现代物流模型、供应物流、库存控制、销售物流、第三方物流服务、物流信息系统的设计方案，制定了物流作业方式、物流作业路线、物流作业操作规程，从而规范了物流活动的行为准则。柳州东宜公司现代物流系统的建立，精简了机构、削减了库存、盘活了近60万元的资金。供应商、用户、第三方物流服务商网络的建立，保障了物资经营渠道的畅通，降低了物流作业费用。物流作业的外包，使企业能专心致志于核心能力的培育，提高了企业的经营实力。文章最后提出了柳州东宜公司深化现代物流改革的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper gives a brief introduction to the basic knowledge of logistics management and the history of logistics development home and abroad, and systematically analyzes the environment of internal and external logistics for Liuzhou Dongyi Company. The strategy of logistics management is decided in accordance with the basic theories of modern logistics management and the specific conditions of Liuzhou Dongyi Company. Guided by the strategic decision of specialization operation and integration management, the traditional multi-functional business organization and business flow of each doing things in his own way re-organized and designed by specialization, the designing plan of modem logistics models, supply logistics, inventory control, sales logistics, third-party logistics and logistics information system are put forward, and logistics working method, route and operation regulations are made, thus the behavior guide of logistics activities is normalized. The foundation of modern logistics system for Liuzhou Dongyi Company streamlines the administrative structure, reduces the inventory and sets free near 600,000yuan. The foundation of networks for suppliers, customers and third-party logistics service providers insures that the operation channels of materials are open and unblocked and logistics working fees are reduced. Logistics work contracted to the outside enterprises enables the company to focus its attention on cultivating its core abilities and to raise its operation strength.
