自适应模糊控制算法的研究

【摘要】 自从1965年美国著名学者扎德发表了开创性的论文以来,首次提出了一种完全不同于传统数学与控制理论的模糊集合理论,从此模糊理论凭借其简单、灵活、智能化、应用面广的特点,得到了越来越广泛的研究与应用。尽管模糊控制器在许多复杂的工业过程控制中取得了成功的应用,但是,模糊控制理论尚存留了一些问题,还没有得到完全地解决与完善,例如:常规模糊控制器的稳态性能的问题,以及模糊控制器的控制规则和隶属函数参数是根据经验而获取的,因此,控制规则的获得与隶属函数参数的确定一直是模糊控制器设计过程中的一个瓶颈问题。 文中提出了用自适应控制算法来优化常规模糊控制器的设计,使得常规模糊控制器具有自适应、自组织、自学习的能力,使得模糊控制参数和规则在控制过程中能够得到自动地调整、修改和完善,从而使系统的控制性能得到不断地改善,达到最佳的控制效果。文章重点地阐述了对隶属函数和控制规则进行优化的概念和方法,并详细地介绍了自适应模糊控制器的设计方法和对它的性能分析。同时,为了说明该自适应模糊控制器的控制性能的优劣,作者将其应用于对温度控制系统的自适应模糊控制,取得了比较令人满意的控制效果;并且通过计算机进行仿真实验的方法证明了该自适应模糊控制器具有良好的动态性能和较强的鲁棒性。

【Abstract】 Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) has been extensively researched since Zadeh published his creative paper in 1965, the fuzzy sets theory is different from the traditional mathematics and control theory, the FLC is simple , flexible , intelligent. Although fuzzy logic controllers have been successfully applied in many complex industrial processes, the fuzzy sets theory has some problems now, for example, the steady control performance of the fuzzy logic controller and the acquisition of control rules and membership functions rely to a great extent on empirical and heuristic knowledge. Hence, in the fuzzy controller design, the acquisition of control rulers and the determination of the fuzzy membership functions are a bottleneck of the design of the fuzzy controller.In the paper, a kind of Adaptive Control is used to optimize fuzzy logic controllers so that the fuzzy controller can get capability of adaptive , self-organized , self-learning, the parameter and ruler of the fuzzy controller can get automatic adjustment, modification and perfecting. This method always adjusts the control performance of system so that we can get optimum control effect. The idea and the method of designing control rulers and membership functions optimization are introduced with emphasis in the paper. The optimal or sub-optimal control rulers and membership functions are obtained by using adaptive control method. Meanwhile, in order to demonstrate the performance of the designed adaptive fuzzy logic controller, it is applied to control temperature control, and get a fairly good control result. The result of the simulation depending on MATLAB software in the computer illustrates that it has good dynamic performance and robust .
