CAx/PDM/ERP集成技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着CIMS在制造业的深入实施，设计自动化系统与生产管理自动化系统的信息集成(其典型代表为CAD、CAPP、CAM和ERP)，已成为CIMS实施的技术难点。针对这个难点技术，使用PDM作为集成平台，利用COM/DCOM技术对这两个系统进行集成研究，可以获得CAx/PDM/ERP信息集成的一种实现方法。 本文首先对应用系统的信息集成作了理论分析，提出了针对CAx、PDM、ERP系统集成的有关技术，进而对关键技术进行详细分析；结合国内外集成理论及方法的最新研究成果，综合考虑技术上的先进性和国内中小企业的实际需要，提出并分析了解决集成问题的方案，建立基于产品数据管理的企业信息集成模型；并在此模型的基础上，设计和实现了CAx/PDM/ERP集成的信息集成接口；最后开发了一个以云南开关厂CIMS工程为应用背景的集成数据模型，通过利用EBOM向MBOM和PBOM转换的技术来实现PDM系统与CAPP、ERP系统之间的信息交换和共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 With CIMS of deeply putting into operation in Manufacturing industry, the integration of the design automation sub system and the management sub system in the CIMS have come to be the key factor to manage the whole product definition and its lifetime.This is represented by the integration of the CAD/CAPP/CAM with ERP, which is a difficulty in the CIMS realization. This paper presents an integration method of CAx/PDM/ERP on the PDM platform using the technology of COM/DCOM.Firstly,this paper analyze in theory the information integration of application system , then, presents relevant techniques of aystem integration of CAx/PDM/ERP and analyze in detial these techniques;secondly, broadly combining with the last research achievements of information integration theory and method and synthetically considering technical advancement and practical needs of domestic medium and small-scale enterprises, advanced and analyzed plans to solve the integration problems, built integrated data model on PDM platform; thirdly, on this model, designs and realizes connecting port of information integration;lastly, according to the implementation of CIMS in YunNan switch plant, developed a integrated data model to exchange and share information among PDM, CAPP and ERP by means of transforming EBOM to MBOM and PBOM.更多还原
