自动化立体仓库总体工艺布置的计算机辅助设计

【摘要】 自动化立体仓库(Automated Storage and Retrieval System, AS／RS)是现代物流系统的一个重要组成部分，广泛运用于各行各业中。目前，它已经成为了企业生产自动化和管理信息化的标志之一，其总体方案设计的水平和效率将直接影响物流企业在市场中的竞争力。因此，开发自动化立体仓库计算机辅助设计软件具有很重要的现实意义。 本文以物流系统总体工艺布置理论为依据，通过使用高级命令对AutoCAD进行定制以及用VBA对AutoCAD进行二次开发等方法，实现了自动化立体仓库总体工艺布置的计算机辅助设计。 论文主要包括以下内容： 1、对物流系统规划的有关理论作了介绍； 2、开发了计算机辅助设计软件，在软件开发中主要解决了以下技术问题：a) 根据昆船物流公司的工程标准建立了完备的设备图形库及设备参数数据库，b) 通过VBA对AutoCAD进行二次开发，实现了各种设备的参数化设计并可以完成自动修改。 3、实现AutoCAD与Access数据库及Excel电子表格的接口问题，使软件在完成自动化立体仓库总体工艺布置之后可以进行后续开发。 本文所开发的软件已交付昆船公司使用，经应用证明该软件功能满足自动化立体仓库总体规划的设计要求，为设计人员提供了全新的设计思路和设计方法，提高了设计效率和项目管理效率，增强了企业的市场竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is a mainly constituent of the modern Materials Handling Systems, and has been used in every walk of life. Now, it has been an important sign of corporation’s product automatization and management information. The level and efficiency of the design will affect marketable competition of the logistics enterprise. So it is important to develop the software of the computer aided design to the AS/RS.This paper achieves the CAD of AS/RS, by customizing the AutoCAD using some advanced commands and developing AutoCAD by VBA, based on the theory of the collectivity craftwork disposal of the AS/RS.The paper involved follow contents:a. Introduced the basic theory of some basis theories about the layout to Materials Handling Systems;b. Developed a CAD software, in the development, the follow technical problem: 1) Found the self-contained graphic and parameter aggregate of the equipment according to the work system of KSEC; 2) Realized the parametric designing and changing of the MHS equipment by developing AutoCAD using the VBA as the tool;c. Realized the link of AutoCAD and Access and Excel, then the software can be developed later.The software developed in this thesis has been delivered to the KSEC to use. The software has been proved satisfied the whole design working. Its use offered a new design method, advanced design and management rate, buildup the competition ability of corporation.更多还原
