鱼雷热动力推进系统无级变速控制系统研究及仿真

【摘要】 本文采用一般模型控制的基本原理,对非线性动力推进系统进行控制律的综合,设计了鱼雷恒深变速、恒速变深控制的闭环控制规律,开发了鱼雷热动力系统数字仿真软件,对鱼雷热动力推进系统的典型工况:开环恒深、开环恒速以及闭环恒深、闭环恒速进行动态仿真。结果表明:所研究的基于一般模型控制的闭环控制具有系统稳定,响应速度快,稳态误差小,抗干扰能力强等特点,能够满足鱼雷战术、技术指标对动力推进系统的要求,不失为一种良好的控制方案;仿真软件界面友好,操作简单,形象直观,模块清晰,可升级性好。 本文所研究的一般模型控制方法对于研制高性能鱼雷热动力推进系统具有重要的参考价值,亦可用于对现有鱼雷动力推进系统的重大技术改造。此外,还可应用于其他工程领域。

【Abstract】 In this paper generic model control is applied to the design of controlling law of the nonlinear power propulsion system, at the work state of constant depth and variable speed, constant speed and variable depth movement of torpedo. Then the simulation program of the torpedo thermal power digital simulation system comes forth which can be used for the dynamic simulation of the performance of the process of open-loop constant depth and open-loop constant speed, the process of close-loop constant depth and close-loop constant speed. The result of simulation shows that the close-loop controlling system based on generic model control is steady, fast response, small errors and high ability to diminish the effect of disturbance. It’s one of the good controlling schemes which are able to fit the mission of the controlling of the torpedo thermal power propulsion system. And the simulation program has the friendly interface, easy operation, visual result, clear template and powerful upgrade.The theory of generic model control used in this paper has important value of reference for the research of torpedo thermal power propulsion system and for the technological innovation of existing torpedo. And in other engineering field it’s an effective strategy for the nonlinear system.
