多功能实验台控制系统研究

【摘要】 本文结合工程实践对211工程子项目多功能实验台(主要测试齿轮动态性能)的控制系统进行研究。首先根据实验台的指标要求,给出整体控制方案,结合新型电子显控器件(可编程控制器、触摸屏、晶闸管调速模块)对实验台控制回路进行自动化研究,分析各个控制部分的控制原理、方法及实现,其重点是分析晶闸管直流电机调速部分的控制原理。其次,为了将实验中测得的各项数据方便直观的显示出来,在PC机上编写程序与PLC进行通讯,将采集到的数据以各种线图在PC机上显示出来,并可联接动力学分析软件进行机械动力学性能分析,其重点是对PC机串行口编程的研究,实际程序用C++Builder5.0来实现。此外,为有效的滤除一些噪声成份,最后对采集到的信号进行了数字化处理,主要是有限冲激响应滤波器与陷波器的设计。本文的研究成果是实验台的重要组成部分,对分析齿轮等传动零件的动力学性能具有相当重要的意义。

【Abstract】 This article integrated with practice researches the control system of multifunctional experiment device which is one child item of "211" project and aims at testing dynamic characteristic of gear wheel. First we make out the whole scheme of the system according to the index requirement of experiment device, studies the control circuit of experiment device adopting latest electronic display and control unit such as PLC, touch screen, thyristor velocity regulator, and analyzes the theory, method, realization of control system the emphasis of which is control theory of tyristor DC motor velocity regulator. Second, in order to display the data collected in experiment, we make a program on PC to communicate with PLC and display the collected data in terms of chtirt,table,etc. Also it can be connected with dynamic analysis program so it can carry out mechanic dynamic performance analysis. The emphasis of the second part is serial port programming on PC using C++Builder 5.0. Furthermore, in order to get rid of the noise we process the collected data with digital means and the emphasis is the design of FIR filter and trap filter. The production of this article is an important part of experiment device and it is valuable to analyze dynamic performance of gear wheel and other transmission part.
