高精度转速源的研究

【摘要】 本转速源是测速发电机的校准测试基准,要求具有精度高,范围宽,无级平滑调速的特点。 本文首先探讨了同步电动机调速系统的控制理论,针对本转速源的设计要求,作者提出了他控式变频调速与自控式无刷直流调速相结合的调速方案。在同步运行方式下引入对称式SVPWM设计思想,使得空间矢量轨迹更接近于理想磁链圆,且有效地降低了开关损耗和谐波含量。这部分功能在CPLD器件中用VHDL语言开发实现,其ISP(在系统编程)方式使得设计与维护都比传统方法方便灵活,由于逆变器开关元件的触发信号是由硬件来产生的,因此更容易实现准确的高速实时控制。在无刷直流方式下,以专用集成电路MC33035和锁相环电路为核心组成闭环调速系统,实现速度的快速调节。两种控制方式能够平滑切换,充分发挥了同步电动机稳态高精度高,直流无刷电机的动态快速性好、不失步的特点。 本系统选用正弦波永磁同步电动机为执行电机,以Intel公司80C196KC单片机为控制核心,以智能功率模块(IPM)为逆变电路功率开关器件,构成交流调速系统的硬件平台。

【Abstract】 The benchmark rev equipment is designed and used for tacho generator’s testing, the characteristic of which is high velocity precision, wide speed range and stepless speed adjustment.This system uses REPMSM ( Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor ) as executing motor. The core hardware platform of this system is designed on 80C196KC MCU and CPLD device and IPM (Intelligent Power Model). Combining the methods of in-phase variable-frequency adjusting speed with brushless DC control, This system makes full use of characteristic of high static precision and dynamic fast response.In the synchronous model, based on the idea of symmetrical SVPWM pattern generator using CPLD device implementation. Pulse width modulation is used in power converters, this conversion can be carried out using analog circuits or digital circuits, such as DSPs and microprocessors. The more efficient and faster solution is the use of Programable Logic Device. This paper demonstrates how to generate variable PWM waveform based on standard CPLD device, the proposed circuit is incorporated with MCU to provide simple and effective solution for high-performance PWM converters.In the brushless model, the IGBT ( Isolated Gate Bipolar Transistor ) switch state period table is gained by MC33035 which analyzes the signal of position feed-back.
