【摘要】 《6．15南北共同宣言》的发表，曾引起了半岛乃至世界的瞩目，并推动了朝鲜半岛南北之间的和解、合作和交流的历史进程。但是，由于美国的作梗和南北之间意识形态的歧见，南北关系尚未取得突破性进展，其症结在何处?朝鲜半岛的未来如何?本文从分析朝鲜半岛已被纳入到东北亚国际政治“合力”这一现实入手，较系统分析了《宣言》的基本内容和《宣言》发表后朝鲜半岛所面临的新的历史课题，以及解决的途径和方法。同时，系统阐述了国际政治的合力下的朝鲜半岛的未来。文中既有对历史的回顾，又有对现实的分析，还有对未来的展望。目的是通过对“6．15”宣言发表后的朝鲜南北关系与半岛未来的解析，为准确把握朝鲜半岛形势提供一种崭新的思路，并为最终解决半岛问题做出一丝贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The issue of <6. 15 Common Declaration of South and North) once attracted the peninsula-wide attention as well as the world. It also promoted the historic process of reconciliation, cooperation and communication between South and North. However, as a result of the United States’ obstruction and different ideologies between South and North, it didn’ t come to a breakthrough progress. Then where does the crux lie? Starting with the fact that Korean Peninsula had been brought into the "joining forces" of Northeast Asia of international politics, this thesis systematically analyzes the basic content of <Declaration> and the new historic tasks facing Korean Peninsula after the issue of <Declaration>, including the means to solve the questions. At the same time, the thesis systematically expounds the joining forces of the international politics and the future of Korean Peninsula. On one hand, it looks back upon the history, and on the other hand, it analyses the reality and forecasts the future, the purpose is to analyse the relations between the South and North after the issue of <Declaration>, and offers a kind of new thought route to grasp the situation of Korean Peninsula precisely and makes some contributions to solve the problem of Korean Peninsula at the end.Key words: 6/15 Common Declaration of South and North, Relations between South and North, Future of Korean Peninsula, Korean Peninsula.更多还原
