基于无线局域网的集装箱装卸桥远程监测系统研究

【摘要】 随着国际贸易的迅速增长,我国集装箱运输业显现出良好的发展势头。集装箱装卸桥作为码头装卸作业的关键设备,是提高码头生产作业效率的重要一环,所以必须及时地发现并预报其运行故障,以便设备管理人员及时排除。目前,国内在集装箱装卸桥远程监测领域的研究刚刚开始。本论文正是根据这一实际情况,结合码头生产的客观条件,运用现代无线局域网通信技术和现代网络技术对集装箱装卸桥运行状态远程监测系统进行研究的。 本文首先分析了集装箱装卸桥主要机构的运行特点,结合集装箱装卸桥运行参数选取原则的选取原则,分析并选取了集装箱装卸桥运行状态的监测参数。 其次,本文对通信技术中的数据传送方式、数据传输形式和差错控制技术进行了分析,研究了港口无线通信系统中的传输方式、拓扑结构和网络标准等关键技术,选取直序扩频传输方式、接入型拓扑结构和IEEE802.11b网络标准作为港口无线通信系统的技术基础,建立了港口无线通信系统模型,阐述了该模型的实现方法,包括硬件设备选择和通信软件设计。在进行通信软件设计时,采用了面向对象的可视化程序设计工具Visual C++作为开发平台,并利用控件技术,开发出具有友好界面的通信程序。 第三,本文给出了集装箱装卸桥远程监测系统的整体构成和逻辑结构,将港口Intranet网监测系统划分成数据采集与处理模块、无线局域网通信模块、中心站微机数据存储与显示模块和Intranet网上监测模块。研究了基于Web的远程监测技术,论述了ASP技术在远程监测系统应用中的独特优势,提出了利用ASP技术实现集装箱装卸桥远程监测系统的新思路。在实现该系统时,采用32路模拟量采集卡PCL-813获取装卸桥参数,利用Visual C++中的ADO技术和图形技术实现中心站微机数据存储与显示,Web服务器端网页程序设计则是利用ASP技术实现。 最后,对基于无线网集装箱装卸桥远程监测系统进行了模拟实验,分别得出了该系统稳定性实验和抗干扰实验的数据,并进行分析比较,结果表明,该系统功能强大、实时性和稳定性好、抗干扰能力强,适合于工程应用。

【Abstract】 With the international trade increasing quickly, container transfer in our country shows a good tendency. As the key equipments of a terminal, container crane is an importance part in increasing working efficiency in a terminal. So its malfunctions must be discovered, forecasted and removed in time. Nowadays, domestic research is not in-depth in the field of the long-distance monitoring system on container crane. According to actual requests and objective situations, combined with Modern WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) technology and Modern Network technique, this paper researches the long-distance monitoring system on the running status of container crane.Firstly, On the basis of the selecting principle of equipment parameters, this paper analyses and picks out the monitoring parameters of running-status of container crane.Secondly, this paper analyses data-delivering method , data-transmitting format and fault-control technology, studies and picks out Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum , accessing point network topology and the IEEE802.11b network rule, On the basis of which the harbor wireless communication system model is established. Each composing part of the system’s model is given out. the choice of hardware equipments and the design of communication software are expounded. OOP (Object Oriented Program) method is adopted as programming tool for the communication program, which is worked out by ActiveX technique and holds friendly interfaces.Thirdly, this paper studies the long-distance monitoring system, which is on the basis of Web, discusses the special advantages of ASP technique in the long-distance monitoring system and puts forward the idea that uses ASP technique to realize the monitoring system on container crane. Harbor Intranet net long-distance monitoring system is divided into four parts, including data acquirement & disposing, data delivery, data store and display on the central computer, program design of Web pages on the server. This paper adopts 32 channels analogy collecting card (PCL-813) to acquire container crane parameters, and makes use of ADO and graph technologies of Visual C++ torealize data store and display on the central computer. The Web page design on the Web server is realized through the ASP technique.Finally, the imitating experiments of the long-distance monitoring system on container crane on the basis of WLAN are done. The experiments shows that the system’s function is strong, its real-time characteristic and stability is good, its anti-interference ability is strong and this system is suitable for engineering application.
