基于板梁组合的自动扶梯有限元分析

【摘要】 本文结合工程实际,利用国际通行的有限元分析软件ANSYS5.5对某公司自动扶梯进行了结构分析,并得出了结构设计和安装工艺处理的方案,消除安全隐患,以提高自动扶梯工作的可靠性,为企业带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。 通过ANSYS5.5软件有限元分析,得出了各支座反力和节点应力列表,以及桁架在静力作用下的变形图、节点位移等值线图、单元应力等值线图、节点应力等值线图。有限元分析计算表明,在不采用周边焊的情况下最大应力可达285Mpa,具有较大的应力集中。因此应该在该位置以及与之对称的另一联接点处都应采用周边焊,使角钢连接处的各边全部焊接,然后再与大梁周边焊接。这样改造后的自动扶梯满足强度要求。
【Abstract】 This paper, based on the engineering practice, performs the construct static analysis on automatic ladder by the soft of ANSYS5. 5, which is the accepted internationally soft of the finite element analysis, and achieves the scheme of the structure design and processing treatment to enhance the reliability of the ladder to work, and to eliminate the factor of the risk, and to produce the huge the economical and social benefit.Through the finite element analysis of ANSYS5. 5, such results as the list of the reaction force, deformation figure of the truss the contour of the nodes displacement, the contour of the element stress, and the contour of the node stress, are attained under the static force, the analysis of the finite element show that the maximum stress reaches the value of 285Mpa, and then the frame body has thelarger stress concentration in this position, if the welding around is not adopted. So the circumjacent welding should be applied at this spot and another join symmetrical to it, all sides of the place at which angle iron join are welded around with the main beam. Only through such construction, the automatic ladder could meet the requirement of the design intensity.
