【摘要】 近年来教育事业不断发展，尤其是高等教育：高校不断扩招，在校人数逐年增加，从而教育建筑也逐渐受到重视。高校学生公寓作为大学生的主要生活、学习场所，室内环境的好坏直接关系到学生的生理、心理健康和学习的效率。但长期以来，研究工作主要集中在随着社会的发展，公寓形势的变化，而缺少正对室内环境尤其是室内热环境的研究，致使学生公寓室内热环境存在着一些问题。 本文以西安地区高校学生公寓为研究对象，重点分析了学生公寓室内热环境。首先论文针对公寓内的冬、夏季热环境状况，利用问卷和现场测试的方法从主观和客观两个方面描述了公寓室内热环境状况，研究公寓中存在的问题；其次，本文利用数值模拟和计算机模拟从稳态和动态两个方面量化分析了公寓热环境状况，为今后对于学生公寓室内热环境的评价和研究提供量化依据。 针对公寓中存在的这些问题，本文从以下三个方面提出了改进的措施：室外微气候的改善、采用被动式的建筑手段和改进管理方法。这些措施为建筑师在学生公寓设计中提供了简易可行同时又较为经济的改善室内热环境的设计对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the improvement of education in china, especially the higher education: more and more people enter the university so that architects attach more importance to educational institutions. The student dormitory provides students a place where the student can study and live in, and the indoor environments will influence students’ physical and mental health and efficiency of study. But in a long time people just pay attention to the changing in the form of dormitory with the development of society and ignore the indoor environments especially the thermal one, so that there are some disadvantages in the thermal environment in dormitory.This thesis takes the universities’ dormitories in Xi’an as study object, and studies the indoor thermal environment of dormitory. Firstly, the thesis studies the indoor thermal environment of dormitory in winter and summer two differences seasons with the ways of investigation and testing in which the indoor thermal environment of dormitory is characterized in personal and impersonal two aspects. Through the research on the indoor thermal environment of dormitory in winter and summer some disadvantages are found. Secondly, the thesis quantificationally analysis the indoor thermal environment of dormitory with numerical simulation and computer simulation from static and dynamic two sides, which provides means for the estimating and studying the indoor thermal environment of dormitory in the later.In order to improve thermal environment of dormitory and amend the disadvantages in the dormitory, this thesis put forward three measures: bettering the outdoor environments, optimum the dormitory design and improving the government of dormitory.
