论知识型员工激励机制

【摘要】 本文宗旨在于重视和解决知识型员工的激励机制问题,探索出一些可供操作的指导思路和方法。 文章分析的思路是:在明确激励知识型员工的必要性、重要性和基本原则的基础上,深入分析构成知识型员工激励机制的六大要素,然后寻找要素之间的关系,得出激励知识型员工的基本规律,最后从影响激励机制发挥作用的因素出发,为知识型员工激励模式的选择提出指导。 文章的主要观点是:知识型员工的高自主性、高独立性、高自我价值感和高流动性特点决定了内部激励是主要方式,外部激励是前提,通过企业所有者、经营者、外部顾客、内部同事等多方向的激励,最终发展为自我激励,达到激励的最高境界。在激励内容上,主要包括物质激励、服务激励和心理激励三部分,结合企业自身情况和企业外部环境情况,因地制宜、因时制宜地采取有效的激励手段。

【Abstract】 The aim of this paper is emphsis on solution of motivation system of intellectual employee,and finding some guiding theory and method which can be play on practice.This paper is mainly written in an analytic way: on the basis of clearity of need, importance and basic principle to motivate intellectual employee, we study the six components of motivation system of intellectual employee, and the relationship of each other, and then come to a conclusion on the principal rule to motivate intellectual employee. Lastly, according to the things affect the motivation system, we pose some proposals in selecting motivation method.This paper makes some main viewpoints: on accout of the high level feature in self-confident, self-reliance, senf-value and mobility,the first way of motivation of intellectual employee must be from inward might,of course,outward might is necessary.Through the motivation from the owner, manager, custom and companion of the enterprise,we can achieve the west effect as self-motivata. The Motivation contains material, serve and psychology tool. It is important to select effective way according to time and place,connect ing with enterprise and its environment.
