汽车空调制冷系统匹配设计

【摘要】 本文围绕金杯海狮SY—6480系列面包车的空调系统进行匹配研究。针对汽车空调运行条件恶劣,运行时受影响因素多的特点,对汽车空调中设计参数的选择对设计结果的影响进行研究,并充分考虑所选压缩机特点进行合理选择,总结出可以在一定范围内使用的经验算法,并利用试验的方法确定汽车空调系统的制冷剂充注量。在此基础上,利用Matlab中Simulink仿真工具的强大功能建立汽车空调稳态仿真模型。为了使仿真模型具有相当的准确性,模型中采用查表模块进行制冷剂热力性质计算,压缩机模块中将实验数据与经验计算数据相结合,通过程序运算确定冷凝器和蒸发器传热系数与运行参数之间的关系,并成功解决了仿真程序运行发散的问题。经过各项试验表明设计的结果是可行的。
【Abstract】 The research on the air conditioning matching of HAISHI SY-6480 microbus. To the question of hard circumstance and excessive affecting factors when Automobile Air Conditioning(AAC) is working. Based on the characteristic of scroll compressor and studying of the affecting of designed parameter, Summing-up experiential arithmetic of AAC heat exchanger and deciding the refrigerant charge by experiment. And on this, utilizing Simulink tools in Matlab set up the steady simulating model of AAC. For better veracity of simulating model, model is used lookup-table module to calculate the thermodynamic character of refrigerant, and datas of experience and test is combined in the compressor module, also the coefficient of heat transfer changing by running parameter is decided by computational procedure. In addition, choosing congruence step size solves the divergence of simulation procedure. Finally ,tests validate the feasibility of design.
