合肥科技馆测控系统展台的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文所述的测控系统是在作者开发的合肥市科技馆速度测试展台的基础上,针对工业现场要求研制而成的通用型微机测控系统。本系统采用单片机AT89C51为微处理器,通过传感器和数字量开关采集速度、温度、角度、工作状况等相关的信号,通过前向通道送给数据处理系统,对各信号进行监控,将检测结果通过声音、显示等手段进行状态显示,并通过串行总线实现系统和上位机的交互。当检测之值超过警戒值时可自动报警和作出相应的动作,从而实现工业生产的自动化。本文对各检测模块的工作原理和实现方案做了深入的分析和研究,详细阐述了系统的硬件电路和应用软件的设计与开发,并对系统的可靠性和稳定性设计进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The Detecting & Controlling System described in the article is a universal microcomputer Detecting & Controlling system for the industrial manufacturing demand based on the Speed Detecting Panel Of HeFei science Hall which is developed by the author. It uses microcomputer AT89C51 as microprocessor, detecting related signals such as speed, temperature, angle, work state by sensors and digital interface, and transfers them to the dada process system by the fore-tunnel, monitor the result of them, then display the status by means of voice and display , also the communication between the system and PC is realized by the Serial Bus. As soon as the result excelled the alarm value, the system will alarm and acts automatically, thus the automation of manufacturing is realized. The article makes a deep analysis and research in the work theory of the detecting module and the realization scheme, presents the design and development of the hardware circuit and application software of the system, the design of the system reliability and stability is also involved.
