钢箱梁桥面板横向挠度分析

【摘要】 梁宽较大的斜拉桥钢箱梁在自重和二期恒载的作用下,在横桥向有着较大的挠度,在设计中必须予以考虑。本文以安庆长江公路主桥钢箱梁设计实践为研究背景,应用有限单元法通用程序软件系统ANSYS5.7中结构分析模块,计算了钢箱梁桥面板在恒载作用下的横向挠度值。并就影响桥面板横向挠度的多种变量进行较为深入的计算和分析。 本文首先介绍了桥梁结构局部应力应变计算理论和方法,对有限元计算程序进行了介绍,然后分析了纵横隔板设置、梁高及梁宽变化等因素对钢箱梁桥面板在恒载作用下的横向挠度的影响,并将这些计算结果进行对照分析,从而找出了影响桥面板横向挠度的主要影响因素,并得出了相应的数值可供工程实践参考。

【Abstract】 Under selfgravity and secondary dead load,the wide steel box girder cable-stay bridge has a large deflection in transverse. This deflection can not be neglect in bridge design.This paper adopts the steel box girder design of main span of Anqing Changjiang Highway Bridge as the study backgrouds, The thesis uses structrial analysis module of Ansys software, ANSYS5.7, to calculate and analysis the transverse deflection of steel box girder Under selfgravity and secondary dead load . Also, the thesis calculate and analysis the transverse deflection of steel box girder deeply in multiple factors .Firstly , the article introduced the calculative methods and theory of local stress and strain of bridge structure . then program software system of finite element method was introduced.After that, the influential factors to the calculatial result and their values were analysed and suggested . the comparing find out the main factor of the transverse deflection . the degree of the action of the multiple factors works on the deflection is given , which can provide numerical basis for design .
