糖蜜酒精废液蔗渣吸附发酵产物用作生长育肥猪饲料的营养价值研究

【摘要】 本研究主要通过以下试验来评定糖蜜酒精废液蔗渣吸附发酵产物(以下简称MABFP)对生长育肥猪的营养价值: 试验一:选取体重为(25.2±0.5)Kg三元杂(杜×长×大)公猪4头,在25Kg~35Kg和45Kg~60kg两个阶段采用肛门收粪法各测一次MABFP中有机养分的消化率、氮沉积率和蛋白质表观生物学价值。25Kg~35Kg阶段,粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪和无氮浸出物的消化率依次为48.5%,22.35%,92.61%,和66.06%,表观消化能为9.44MJ/kg;45Kg~60kg,粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪和无氮浸出物的消化率依次为60.27%,46.43%,88.39%和77.24%,表观消化能为10.88MJ/kg。两期粗蛋白、粗纤维、无氮浸出物的表观消化率两期差异显著(P<0.05);组氨酸两期表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05),赖氨酸和丙氨酸差异极显著(P<0.01)。前后两期MABFP的氮沉积率依次为14.32±8.28%,28.71±3.23%;蛋白质表观生物学价值依次为54.56±9.78%和57.06±7.15%。 试验二 选择平均体重约30kg的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪70头(试验初始重差异不显著),随机分成对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,进行为期86d(生长期33天,育肥前期27天,育肥后期为26天)的试验。试验饲粮处理为:对照组全期均不添加MABFP,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组厂一西大学硕士论文 糖蜜酒精废液蔗渣吸附发酵产物用作生长育肥猪饲料的营养价值研究生长期添加 MABFP的量依次为 2%、4%、6%、sx;育肥前期添加量依次为3%、6%、9#和 12%;育肥后期添加量依次为 4X、SK、12%和 16%。每期的试验组和对照组均为等能等蛋白日报,生长期利用可消化氨基酸配制日根,通过深加单体氨基酸,使各组可消化赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和苏氨酸相等;后用根据粗蛋自配制日根,不考虑各组可消化氨基酸之间的差异。饲养试验结果表明:生长期和全期,试验组和对照组平均日增重差异均不显著K叩.05入 前期每公斤增重成本试验组等于或低于对照组,后期则高于对照组,从而导致各试验组全期增重成本也高于对照组;对生长肥育猎的生产性能、血清生化指标及国体品质的分析结果表明:生长猪饲粮使用MABFP,一定程度上可改善的生产性能,全期添加MABFP可以降低背膘厚,对国体目肉率无影响,且对猪血清主化指标和体组织无显著影响。前期结果表明,使用时根据MABFP用量,适当添加必需氨基酸,可降低饲料成本和养殖成本。由此可见MABFP可用作生长肥育猪饲料,合理开发、推广利用此项资源与技术可降低饲料成本,提高饲料工业和养猪生产经济效益。

【Abstract】 MABFP’s (Molasses/alcoholic waste water/bagasse fermented product) nutritional values had been evaluated with crossbred (DLY) growing-finishing pigs on following experiments:Experiment 1 The experiment with four about (25.2 ±0.5 )Kg body weight, healthy crossbred growing male pigs (DLY) was used to study the apparent digestibility of nutrients, N retention and apparent biological in MABFP on two periods (25Kg~35kg, 45Kg~60kg) and the method of collecting feces from anus was used to determine the digestibility of organic nutrients. The results showed that there were significant differences between two periods (P<0.5) on appearance digestive data of CP, EE, CF and NFE. The digestive data of CP, EE, CF, NFE, ADE was 48.5%, 22.35%, 92.61% and 66.06%, and 9.44MJ/kg in 25kg~35kg period, respectively; While 60.27%, 46.43%, 88.39%, 77.24% and 10.88MJ/kg in later period. There was significant difference on the digestive date of histidine (P<0.05) and extremely significant difference on that of lysine and alanine between two periods (P<0.01). N retention rate of MABFP was 14.32 ± 8.28%, 28.71 ±3.23%; respectively .and protein apparent biological value was 54.56 ± 9.78% and 57.06 ± 7.15% in two stages respectively.Experiment 2 70 growing pigs(DLY) were randomly allotted to five groups by sex and weight, i.e. control group, experiment group I, II, III and IV, respectively.Experiment began when there was no significant difference among their initial body weight of five groups. The five groups received diets containing 0%(control), 2%. 4%, 6% and 8% MABFP respectively for 33d in growing-pig period, 3%, 6%, 9% and 12%MABFP for 27d respectively in the early-finishing period and 4%, 8%, 12%, 16% for 26 d in the later-finishing period. In growing-pig period, ideal of digestive amino acids was used to design diet, and lysine, methionine and threonine were added if necessary .The results showed that there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in growing-pig period or in the whole period on the growing performance, and feed cost per kg of experiment groups was equal or lower than that of control group in growing-pig period, but higher in finishing-pig and the whole period. The results of slaughter test also indicated that there was no significant difference in their carcass quality and characteristics of internal organs, while backfat thickness decreased in a certain degree, and blood serum biochemical indices also was in the normal range. The growing period results showed feeding cost and feedstuff cost would be lower if necessary amino acids were added according to MABFP volume. That suggests MABFP can be used as the diet of growing-finishing pigs, and that developing and promoting utilization of this feedstuff resource and feeding technology will lower feed cost and boost the economic benefit of feed industry as well as pig production.
