CAPP/PDM集成体系研究及其在装配型企业CAPP系统开发中的应用

【摘要】 21世纪是知识经济时代,包括制造业在内的各行各业都面临着信息技术的冲击。在刚刚结束的中国共产党的十六大上,江泽民同志在未来经济发展的报告中明确指出“坚持以信息化带动工业化”,而制造业信息化是以信息化带动工业化的突破口。信息化推动制造业发展已经成为一种必然趋势,在这个过程中,各自动化单元之间的集成技术也愈来愈受到重视,“系统集成是制造业创新的重要形式”。 在这种大趋势下,CAPP由于其特有的地位和作用,在各个自动化单元之间的集成中,起着关键的作用,它的集成成为一种必然。PDM是一种基于并行工程和虚拟制造提出的新技术,由于它提供了一个基于PDM的各自动化单元集成的企业信息化软件框架,成为系统集成过程中一个很好的支撑系统。因此,在本篇论文中,本人研究了CAPP与PDM的集成问题,具有广泛的实际意义。 此外,对于装配型企业——在新的制造形势下企业改组后一种新的企业模式,它的生产组织方式和特点适应制造业的发展趋势,因此关于装配型企业CAPP系统的研究也应成为CAPP系统研究中的一个重要方向。本文通过对协作单位工艺工作特点的分析,提出并构建了一个适应装配型企业应用的CAPP与工艺管理系统框架。 具体来说,文中着重研究了以下内容: 以面向产品的方法论为出发点,提出并构建了CAPP/PDM集成系统的体系结构,对其工艺特点、工艺流程和基本功能模块进行了分析。并将重点放在CAPP对产品信息的自动获取上,研究了CAPP/PDM集成接口的模式、关键技术等相关问题。 以协作单位的工艺工作特点为出发点,进一步研究了该类装配型企业的特点,并对其主要工艺形式装配CAPP进行了分析,提出一种开放式的、供企业工艺设计、知识积累的装配型企业CAPP系统平台。并从平台的开放性和满足CAPP系统进一步集成考虑,预留了该系统二次开发的CAPP/PDM集成接口部分。 面向产品,研究了CAPP中的两种BOM形式(设计BOM、装配BOM)及它们的数据实现,并提出了改进的数据存储结构。在实际系统应用中,建立了灵活的产品信息输入和编辑方式,实现了设计BOM和装配BOM的信息转换。 通过对装配模型及装配序列规划的研究,提出了一种基于PBOM的分层、分步的装配序列生成规划方法,并在FSDCAPP系统中得到了实现。 最后,总结了本文的研究工作,得出了一些有益的结论,并提出了进一步研究的设想。

【Abstract】 21 century is an age of information, in which information technology has a great impact on all industries including manufacture industry. Comrade Jiang Ze Min has point out that we should insist on the industrialization driven by informationalization in the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China. And the manufacture’s informationalization is the key during the industrialization. Manufacture’s development impelled by informationalization has become the current trend. During the informationalization of manufacture industry, the integration technology between all automatization units is paid more and more attention, and systems’ integration becomes the important form of the industry’s innovation.Under the trend, owing to its special status and effect, CAPP has a key effect during the integration of all automazition units, and its integration is a necessity. PDM is a new technology that is put forward based on Parallel Engineering and Virtual Manufacture. Because it provides an informationalization sofeware frame based on all automaziton units, PDM has become a good support system during integration. Therefore, the author researches the integration between CAPP and PDM in this paper, and that has a comprehensive and practical signification.In another hand, for assembly-oriented enterprise, which is a new mode after enterprise’s re-construction under the new trend of manufacture industry, its characters of production and organization mode fit well the new trend. Thus, research on assembly-oriented enterprise CAPP should become the important direction during the research on CAPP. In this paper, according the analysis of the characters of assembly-oriented enterprise, the author puts forward and constructer an assembly-oriented enterprise CAPP system. The followings are mainly studied: Started from the methodology of product-oriented, puts forwards and constructers the CAPP/PDM integrated system frame. In that frame, analyzes its technical character, technical flow and basic function module. Puts the emphases on the automatic acquirement of product information, and researches the integrated interface mode of CAPP/PDM and the key technique of that. Started from the characters of the cooperation factory, researches the characters ofassembly-oriented enterprise, analyzes the main technical mode--assemble CAPP,and puts forward a opened, for enterprises technical design and technical knowledge accumulations assembly-oriented enterprise CAPP systems flat. Consider the opened and integrated of the system, arranges the integrated interface for the further realization in the system’s second explore. Researches the BOM’s two modes--EBOM and PBOM, the data realization ofthem, and puts forward the improved data storage structure. In the application system, sets up flexible ways of product information input and edit, and realizes the information conversion between EBOM and PBOM. According to the research on assemble model and assemble consequence planning, puts forward an assemble consequence planning method of layered, stepped based on PBOM.At the last of this paper, summarizes the research work, gets some useful conclusions, and puts forwards the further research thought.
