【摘要】 电信网络资源管理系统TNRM是一个集网络设备资源管理与业务管理于一身的网管系统，它建立在完备的资源数据库之上，为电信企业提供资源查询、统计分析、电路配置方案设计等业务功能。 本课题深入调研TNRM中的各项功能，研究电路配置的分析方法，采用层次分析法AHP建立分析模型，作为TNRM中电路配置子系统的辅助决策模块，可提供电路配置方案的智能选择功能。模型是立足于经济效益的研究，从优化业务分配结构的角度进行配置方案的分析，从而充分挖掘网络通信潜能，提高网络的利用率，以使电信企业在提供业务服务时能获得更大的效益，因此，它具有一定的工程实用性。与同类产品相比，电路配置分析模块在分析方法与其实现的功能上均是一种新的尝试。 本文首先概述TNRM的管理对象、功能与发展过程，然后详细介绍了电路配置分析模型的建立过程，并叙述了软件模块的实现。其中重点讨论如何结合中国电信的《电路等级与配置原则》，将运维人员的实际工作经验归纳总结，转化成分析模型的各项判断准则。最后探讨了模型中存在的问题，并提出了模型进一步完善的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Telecommunication Network Resources Management (TNRM) is a kind of network management system, which manages equipments and logical resources. TNRM is built on integrated resources database, providing service functions of consultation, design of circuit routing, statistic and analysis for Telecom operators.An Analytic Module of Circuit routing is discussed in the thesis, it’s an assist strategy part added into TNRM, providing intelligent solution of circuit routing. The analysis method takes a good advantage of improving the usage of network and developing the potential, so it is practical for engineering. The analytic method and the function of this module are new ideas in this field.In this paper, the functions and development of TNRM are firstly introduced. Second, the analytic model built by AHP is discussed in detail, which rules come from the related documents of China Telecom and experience of operating engineers. This part is the major part of this thesis. And then the software of this model is designed. At last, some proposal and discussion are listed in the last section.更多还原
