【摘要】 本文运用安全系统工程理论和方法，对散装液体危险货物码头进行风险综合评价。该区域装卸、储运的大部分货种具有火灾、爆炸和毒物泄漏、扩散等重大事故的危险。这些事故虽然经常彼此引发，互相交叉，但在伤害机制、抑发因素、事故时间及空间尺度上都有很大区别，构成液体危险货物码头风险评价的基本组成因素。本文全面考虑了其他评价方法偏重考虑货物因素、环境因素等的长处，又将人为因素给予了充分考虑，首先用道化法计算危险货物的火灾爆炸和泄露风险，并在此基础上，运用层次分析法，进行液体危险货物码头的综合风险评价。评价结论可以为主管机关的管理措施提供依据，从而使液体危险货物码头的管理更加科学和规范，达到预防重大事故发生的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis applies Safety System Engineering to the risk assessment of liquid dangerous goods terminal. Bad accident such as fire & explosion and leakage & diffusion of poison would happen there. Although these accidents can beget and affect each other, they are different in theory, time and area. So DOW Fire & Explosion index and Integral Rate will be used to assess them, respectively. Based on this, the synthesis risk index can be obtained on the principle of AHP. According to the synthesis risk index, Safeguard can be made to prevent accident, and once accident happen, efficient policy could be used to reduce the life and property loss.更多还原
