【摘要】 本论文结合航运企业的行业特征，针对国内外企业信用管理的现状，运用企业信用管理的专业知识和理论，对我国航运企业客户信息的来源、特点进行了分析，提出了建立客户信息数据库的方案以及评价客户资信情况的三个模型，并且根据模型的各自特点对他们的优缺点加以比较。最后，对信用管理在航运企业中的应用进行了探讨，重点放在对适用于航运企业的信用管理模型的讨论上，提出了对航运企业应收账款的管理及预防坏帐发生的一些技巧。希望通过本文的讨论，能够对我国航运企业如何构建信用管理制度体系提供一点帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 In accordance with the professional characteristics of shipping enterprises, in view of the existing situation of enterprise credit management home and abroad, this thesis utilizes the professional knowledge and theories of enterprise credit management to analyze the sources and features of clients information for the shipping enterprises in China. It proposes the scheme to establish a client information database. Then, it sets up three models to evaluate clients credit situation, and compares the merits and defects of these models in the light of their features. Finally, this thesis probes into the utilization of credit management in shipping enterprises, emphasizing on the discussion of the model which is suitable for shipping enterprises and some techniques to prevent bad debts. I hope that the discussion of this thesis could do some help in forming the program system of credit management for the shipping enterprises of China.更多还原
