【摘要】 在当前国内经济和对外贸易稳定增长的有利外部发展环境下，以及社会主义市场经济体制改革和国有企业制度创新的实施过程中，为适应国内外航运业发展的需要，我国的航运企业一定要抓住机遇，积极采取科学的经营管理手段，在激烈的市场竞争中崭露头角。正是在这一背景之下，作者建立了航运企业经营管理指标体系，对企业经营管理效绩进行综合评价，用来指导和控制航运企业的经营管理活动，以期达到航运企业所追求的目标。 本文首先论述了我国航运企业的经营特点以及所面临的政策、经济环境，以及入世后的新环境，然后分析了我国企业效绩评价的现状以及当前航运企业的组织结构和职能划分，并在此基础之上，建立了一套科学的、全面的经营管理指标体系，并运用专家调查、层次分析、模糊评判等科学方法相结合对航运企业经营管理效绩进行综合评价，最后得出相关结论，并提出了需要业内人士进一步探讨的相关问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increment of foreign trade and the development of domestic economy, the national shipping companies should catch hold of opportunity and take scientific measures to get ahead in the international shipping market. Under the environment of socialism market economy innovation and national enterprises system innovation, the author set up target system of shipping company management to appraise, direct and control the activities of shipping company management.This paper firstly discusses the characteristic of our country’s shipping company and the environment of political, economic condition and WTO entrance, then analyzes current organization structure and function partition of shipping company and the status quo of target system. Based on that, the author construct a set of management target system and carry out achievement evaluation of our shipping company with this system. Finally, the paper draws some conclusions and puts forward some relevant problems for further discussing by people in the shipping research fields.更多还原
