网络学习系统中的流媒体播放平台模块设计

【摘要】 在全球教育信息化进程中,网络教育和流媒体技术在教育领域的应用广受瞩目。流学习是欧洲E-learning中心推荐的当前E-Learning的十四种最有潜力的技术应用趋势之一,很多世界一流的高校和研究机构都对流媒体技术表现出浓厚的研究兴趣,象英国开放大学,加州大学柏克利分校,斯坦福大学等都开发了自己的教育视频流媒体播放平台。本项研究是对流媒体技术在教育领域应用所做的研究,其研究的最终成果是东北师范大学广播电视学院网络教学系统的流媒体播放平台模块。 本文对流媒体技术的优势作一论述后,从争雄流媒体市场的三家公司的技术中选择一种最适合本平台的技术作为基础,选取流媒体讲演模式作为平台的教学模式框架,以当前学习理论和教育技术理论的最新进展:网络教学系统、媒体选择理论、学习者中心理论、学习者支持服务理论、学习环境设计理论作为依据,设计开发一种基于网络教学系统的以学习者为中心的、交互的、一体化的流媒体播放平台,该平台采用用户界面友好技术,并根据硬件和软件设计的特色,设计提出了几套使用方案,构筑起一套完整的流媒体教育应用解决方案。

【Abstract】 In the process of global educational informationalization, web-based education and implementation of streaming media technologies in educational field attract most of attention from all kinds of circles. Streaming learning is one of 14 promising trends and technologies in the filed of E-learning introduced by Europe E-learning cernter. Many leading worldwide universities and institutes are strongly interested in the development of streaming media technology. For example, Open University (UK), California State University, Berkley (US) and Stanford University (US) have developed their own streaming media educational playform. The study is one of such studies that implementation of streaming media technology in the field of education. The final prodution of this study will be as the sub-module of Virtual learning system, STV&B, NENU. In Section One, the thesis addresses the strongpoints of the technology. Then we select the Microsoft Media Technology as the support technology in nowadays three giant Inc. to build a streaming media lecture system. In Section Two, we involve some new learning theories, web-based instruction, media selection, learner center, learner support &service and learning environment design, as our theoreic infrastructure. Then in the Section Three, we propose our whole web-based interactive and integrative streaming media solution, from its design, features, technology to instructional design & learning design. It is a learner-center system by using the design of friendly interface.
