三相电动机智能保护器的研究

【摘要】 电动机保护装置采用热继电器已有很长的历史,但热继电器在电机的轻过载区存在着“保护死区”,而且对断相保护在许多情况下起不到保护作用。常规电子式保护器,动作稳定性与热继电器相比有了质的飞跃。特别是近年来我国电子式电动机保护器已有了一定的发展,越来越多的用户开始尝试选用电子式热保护器来取代传统的以发热、变形带动机构动作为原理的双金属片式热继电器。但是常规电子式保护器无法实现与电机热过载保护特性曲线相匹配的反时限特性保护,只能实现“单点式”保护,无法保护启动过程中出现的故障。 本文应用集成电路设计以及单片机控制的各种知识,根据电动机的工作特性对三相电动机智能保护器进行了比较深入的研究。利用功能强大的单片机技术,完成智能保护器的硬件电路设计,并编制完整的电动机保护程序,最终实现过压、欠压、过载等多种保护功能,弥补了传统保护器的许多缺陷。 这种产品由于功能完善且可靠性高,必定会给配电控制系统带来好处,可以带来巨大的社会效益,另一方面也能为产品的制造厂家带来可观的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The protector of electromotor have used heat relay for a long time, but heat relay not only has a dead area in the light over-loading area, but also can’t protect open phase under so much circumstances. The operation stability of routine electronic protector has been improved in essence, especially for the improvement of our electronic protector. More and more users begin to use electronic heat relay to replace routine double sheet metal heat relay which drove the machine through radiation and diatortion. But routine electronic protector can’t realize the protection for counter time limit, which is matching with the graph of heat over-loading protect. It can only realize "single point protection" and can’t protect the failure happened duringstart-up.According to the working characteristic of electromotor, this paper gives deeper investigation to protector of three phase electromotor, applying knowledge of VLSI design and singlechip control. Using the powerful singlechip technology, completing the hardware design of the intelligentized protector and working out the whole protective program. At last, realizing several protective functions, such as over voltage, lack of voltage and over load, and making up many disadvantages of routine protector.This kind of product can bring benefit to control system of switchboard owing to the perfect function and high reliability. It can bring not only huge social benefit, but also considerable economic benefit.
