SW2000型智能水(闸)位计的研制

【摘要】 水位、闸位计广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、水利、水库、油库、泵站、城市供水等领域的自动检测和控制系统中,是这些领域不可缺少的一种重要工具。 本课题主要围绕SW2000型智能水(闸)位计的研制来开展工作。 SW2000型水(闸)位计是跟踪国内外最新的发展动向和最新的先进技术的基础上,吸收国内外各类水位测量工具的精华,研究开发的一种高精度、高可靠性、操作方便、显示直观、功能齐全、可无人职守、可实现组网来对各种水位、闸位进行集散控制的一种测量仪器。它可以使现场工程技术人员能够及时地对所需测量的水(闸)位进行监视控制。它提高了各种水库、泵站的自动化程度。 本论文的主要内容和成果: 1.采用压力液位传感器、电阻传感器、智能旋转式编码器等三种不同的测量方式对水位、闸位进行测量。 2.成功的采用了美国CYGNAL公司的高性能、高集成度SOC(system on a chip)C8051F021,从而提高了整机系统的稳定性。 3.成功的采用了16位A/D转换芯片AD7705,提高的系统测量的精确性。 4.使用了LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)显示,使读数更清晰,显示多样化,信息量更大,更容易被用户接受。 5.成功的使用了电压/电流转换芯片AD694,设计了其调整满偏和零点的电路。 6.使用了C8051F021的UART口和PC机的RS232口,设计了SW2000和上位机进行通信的电路。 7.利用了过采样的方法,使系统测量更加精确。本课题还对过采样的方法进行了分析。 8.利用C8051F021的定时器3设计了一个真正的实时时钟,节约了成本。 9.用VB(Visual Basic)设计了上位机监控界面,可以通过它来对下位机进行实时数据的采集以及进行参数的设定。

【Abstract】 Nilometer is widely used in the system of automatic detection and automation in many water supply such as oil industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, electric power, irrigation works, reservoir, bulk plant, pumping station, towns water and so on. And it is a important tool in these fields.This subject is finished according to the development of SW2000 that is a kind of intellective nilometer. According to the latest technology and developing aspect, SW2000 absorbed the soul of all kinds of water masuring tools at home and abroad. SW2000 is a type of supervisory device that can measure all kinds of waters. It has the character of high precision, high reliability, easy manipulation, visual display and so on. It can make local engineers monitor the water timely and use mitigation measure when accident happen timely, and it enhance the degree of automation in many bumping stations.The primary contents and achievements in this thesis are as follows:1. Measuring water by three different ways that are pressure sensor, resistance transducer, intellective rotary encoder.2. Using the high performance, high integration SOC(system on a chip) C8051F021 successfully that is made by SYGNAL.3. Using 16-bit ADC AD7705 that enhance the stability in this system successfully.4. Using LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) that can make reading in focus, display variegated, information content greater.5. Using current/ voltage conversion chip AD694 and devising the processing circuits.6. By the UART and RS232, devising the communication circuit with PC.7. By the way of oversampling, making the system stabler. And analyzing this way.8. By TIMER3 in C8051F021,devising a real time clock that reduce the cost.9. By VB(Visual Basic),devising the monitoring interface that can collect and enactment the parameters in SW2000.
