锂锰电池自动化生产线技术系统的研究

【摘要】 本文提出了一种针对兼容式自动制造系统进行设计的方法,即基于公理化设计理论的面向对象的虚拟造型的方法。应用这种方法进行Li/MnO2电池自动装配生产线技术系统的设计研究,取得了满意的效果,达到了预期的目标。 面对Li/MnO2扣式电池品种样式多、市场变化快、供货需求大的特点,本文提出了兼容式自动制造系统的概念,同时指出仅仅依靠传统的设计方法,难以满足系统的特殊需求。为此,必须寻找一种现代的设计方法解决这一难题。 基于公理化设计理论的面向对象的虚拟造型的方法是在这种背景下应运而生的。这种方法要求首先进行技术系统的功能需求分析,并依据公理化设计理论的有关原则进行技术系统的设计参数分析,然后对形成的功能需求和设计参数进行解耦耦合设计,得出符合独立性公理的宏观性设计参数,并根据这些参数提出多种设计方案,通过信息公理进行评判,获得符合独立性公理的信息量最小的设计方案。在完成技术系统的概念设计后,应用面向对象的技术方法进行系统各功能模块的具体设计,通过对系统静态结构模型和动态行为模型的建立,得出具体的设计参数。然后依照这些具体参数进行虚拟造型和虚拟装配,并进行动态校核和仿真,把校核结果反馈到设计环节中,最终形成合理而优化的设计结果。 利用这种设计方法,本文对Li/MnO2电池自动组装生产线设计工程技术实施及实验进行了详细介绍,对生产线的自动控制技术系统也进行了深入的探讨与研究。通过物理实验样机投入生产使用的成功实例可以证明,这种方法适用于Li/MnO2电池相关设备的设计研究。不仅如此,作为机械电子系统的设计方法,本文认为这种方法普遍适用于兼容性自动制造系统的设计研究工作,具有较强的可推广性。

【Abstract】 This article refers to a design method of compatible automatic manufacture system, which is a method of orientation object and virtual sculpture based on axiomatic design theory. The research of technical automatic assembly line system for Li/MnO2 batteries relied on this method has gotten satisfactory effects and attained expected objective.Facing Li/MnO2 batteries ’s characteristic that the battery are too many kinds , market changes quickly and the need of goods is large, the paper puts forward concept of the campatible automatic manufacture system, at the same time, it also mentions that only depending on the traditional design method is not able to meet the special need of system.For this reason, a kind of modern method must be found to resolve this problem.This method of orientation object and virtual sculpture based on axiomatic design theory is created under the background that has been refered above. This method requests as follows:Firstly function demand analysis of technical system must be done, and design parameter analysis of technical system must be accomplished based on related principles of axiomatic design theory, then the function demand and design parameters which have been formed are designed by coupling or no-coupling method and the macroscopic design parameters conformed to independent axiom can be obtained, according to these parameters many designs are mentioned, these designs are judged by means of information axiom, then the design containing the lest information and conformed to independent axiom can be obtained. After finishing the concept design of technical system, the technology of orientation object is used to concretely design the respective function module, through the foundation of system static structure model and dynamic behavior model, concrete design parameters are obtained, then according to these concrete parameters, virtual sculpture and virtual assembly can be done, dynamicly proofreaded and emulated, the proofreaded results are taken to the feedback of designsector, finally, not only reasonable but also optimalized design result can be attained.By means of this kind of design ,the article has detailedly introduced the project test of technical automatic assembly line system for Li/MnO2 batteries. The success of test sample machines put on the market has testified that this method is fit for the research of technical automatic assembly line system for Li/MnO2 batteries. Moreover, as the design method of mechanical electronic system, the article opines that this method generally fits for the design and research of campatible automatic manufacture system and has better extensibility.
