水下电弧控制系统设计及预测函数控制应用研究

【摘要】 本研究课题是水燃料制造系统的一部分,以期制造出一种清洁的、经济的、实用的可燃气体。本文将此类可燃气体统称为电弧气。通过引进美国AquaFuel和Magnegas制气系统的专利技术,在国内率先致力于该项技术的研究和开发,并先后在韶关和广州建立了实验基地,经过近两年的研制和不断的试验,终于在2002年末在国内研制出第一套电弧气生产装置。 文章从工业应用角度,介绍了电弧气的概念、电弧气生产装置及其工艺、电弧气生产装置控制系统、电弧气控制系统的建模等,并着手研究预测函数控制(Predictive Functional Control)原理及其在电弧气生产上的应用,对控制模型进行了仿真,探讨了通过采用PFC-PID透明控制进行水下电弧稳定控制的方法。控制系统中涉及到电机、开关阀门、温度、气体压力、电弧电压电流等的检测与控制,对模拟信号的采样进行了说明,给出了电弧电压电流的采样原理图。为了保证系统的可靠性,控制系统以PLC为控制核心,触摸屏为辅助控制手段组成,给出了PLC的PID调节功能和集成脉冲输出的特性说明以及这两项功能在变频器和伺服电机上的控制应用。文中亦给出了控制系统接线图、软件的控制流程及HMI画面说明。根据现场采得的具体数据,绘出了电弧气在不同条件下的产气关系图。 电弧气的生产无论在国内,还是国际上都处于起步阶段,如能成功的成为工业用或民用产品,必将是人类历史上的一大能源革新。不仅使能源具有可持续性、重复性,对于改善人类居住环境、生活条件也有巨大意义。
【Abstract】 This project is a part of Aquefuel manufacturing system, and the aim is to make a kind of clean, economy, practical burnable gas. In this paper we call this type of burnable gas as arc gas. Through importing the patent technique of the AquaFuel and Magnegas manufacturing system from the United States, we have developmented the experiment field in Guangzhou and Shaoguan, and initiate the research. It took about two yesrs study and continuous trial and error to finish the manufacturing equipment in the domestic for the first time at the end of the year 2002.The paper pulls weight on industries application, and introduces the concept of arc-gas, arc yielding manufacture equipment and its craft, the model of arc yielding control system, and the theory of Predictive Functional Control and its application in arc-gas yielding system. Besides, the PEC-PID transparent control method is also given.The control system deals with the signal sampling and control of motor, switch, valve, temperature, air pressure, electric voltage and electric current. What’s more, the connection diagram of control parts, the flow chart of the software, and some control HMI are given. In order to guarantee the system reliability, the system adopts the PLC as the core of the control system, and the touch panel HMI as accessorial part.Accroding to the field data, the characteristic diagram of the arc gas under different conditions are drawn.The manufacturing of arc gas still lies in the start stage wether in local or in the international. If the gas can be succeefully used as public product or industry product, it must be a milestone of energy innovates in the history of mankind. And it will make the energy continuous and repetition, which have great significance for the human living environment ameliorating.
