宁波港集装箱运输服务功能拓展的研究

【摘要】 在经济全球化的背景下，为适应客户不断增长的物流需求，航运企业不仅经营传统的海上运输业务，而且还渗透到陆上运输、港口装卸、仓储、代理等与运输相关的行业。与此同时，拓展物流服务功能，提升港口物流服务质量日益成为港口增强其竞争力的重要举措。近几年来，宁波港集装箱运输迅猛发展，但是宁波港所提供的缺少物流增值服务的货物装卸、堆存等传统服务已很难适应21世纪经济一体化发展的需要。因此，拓展物流服务功能以适应经济发展需要，促进宁波港集装箱运输健康快速的发展成为宁波港需要面对的问题。 论文全文包括引言和四章内容。引言部分简要介绍了本文研究的背景及思路。第一章是宁波港集装箱运输服务综合环境分析，着重阐述了国内外港口集装箱运输服务比较研究及宁波港集装箱运输发展的特点。从分别比较鹿特丹港、新加坡港、香港及深圳港集装箱运输服务状况可以发现这些港口为适应经济发展要求和港口竞争的需要，都已拓展了物流服务功能。第二章是宁波港集装箱运输服务功能拓展的探索。主要分析了宁波港集装箱运输服务功能目前存在的问题，及宁波港集装箱运输服务功能拓展是适应世界集装箱运输发展和经济发展的需要。第三章主要进行了对宁波港拓展集装箱服务功能的可行性分析。是本文的重点。在这一章中，笔者首先采用德尔菲法确定了影响宁波港拓展集装箱服务功能的内部主要因素和外部主要因素及宁波港集装箱物流的主要功能。随后应用层次分析法分别分析了内部主要因素和外部主要因素对宁波港拓展物流服务功能的影响程度，通过内部因素评价(EFE)矩阵和外部因素评价(IFE)矩阵评价宁波港拓展集装箱服务功能体的内部条件、外部环境及影响因素中比较关键的因素，在此基础上进行宁波港拓展集装箱运输服务功能的可行性分析，并得出目前宁波港拓展集装箱物流服务功能已具备良好的硬件条件。第四章是在分析第二章和第三章的基础上笔者提出了宁波港拓展集装箱运输服务功能的目标、策略及相应的措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the increasing request of logistics service from client, the shipping enterprises not only operate the traditional shipping, but also operate other businesses such as inland transportation, business of port, storage, brokage etc. At the same time, almost major ports around the world have developed the logistics services and improve the quality of logistics services in order to reinforce their competitive advantages. Recently the container transportation industry of Ningbo Port has been developing rapidly. However, the services which Ningbo port offer leave some to be desired. These traditional services can not keep up with the development of economic globalization in the new century. As a result, Ningbo Port has to expand the function of logistics services to meet the need of economic growth and promote the rapid development of container transportation.The whole thesis includes foreword and four chapters. The foreword briefly introduces the background and the direction of the research. Chapter one centers on the analysis of integrative circumstance of the container transportation in Ningbo Port, by means of the comparative study of container transportation services of internal or overseas port and the specialty of development of container transportation of Ningbo Port. The ports of Rotterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen have developed the function of logistics services to accommodate the growth of world economy and the competition of port. Chapter two probes into the development of the container transportation services function of Ningbo Port, analyzing the present problem of the container transportation service function of Ningbo Port, as well analyzing the necessity of Ningbo port’s expansion to meet the need of the economic growth and the rapid development of container transportation. Chapter three forms the key content of the thesis. In this chapter the author discusses the feasibility of the development of thecontainer transportation service function. Firstly, By Delphi Method, we can establish the internal main factors and the external main factors which effect the development of the container transportation service function. After that, this thesis analyzes the influence of the internal main factors and the external main factors based on AHP Method, so that we can appraise the internal and external condition of the development of the container transportation service function and the key factors by means of setting external factor evaluation matrix, internal factor evaluation matrix. And then the author analyzes the feasibility of development of the container transportation service function, concluding Ningbo Port has already possessed the ideal infrastructure. Chapter four puts forward the target, strategy and corresponding suggestion of developing the container transportation service function in Ningbo Port.更多还原
