基于可编程计算机控制器IGBT励磁系统的开发

【摘要】 本文在全面分析同步发电机微机励磁装置特点及发展现状的基础上,论述了微机励磁调节的原理,提出基于可编程计算机控制器(PCC)控制的绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)励磁系统的设计方法,并在此基础上开发了基于PCC控制的水轮发电机IGBT励磁系统。 文中详细论述了基于PCC控制的IGBT励磁系统的主要硬件、软件结构以及各部分功能的实现方法;完成了IGBT保护及驱动单元的设计、IGBT励磁装置主回路的设计、PCC调节器的硬件设计以及软件编程;在实验室对样机进行相关的性能指标试验。试验结果表明,基于PCC控制的IBGT励磁系统满足同步发电机励磁系统各项功能要求,试验中的动态、静态性能指标均达到或优于国家标准中的规定。 基于PCC控制的IGBT励磁系统,不仅工作原理简单,性能稳定可靠,控制特性优良,又能降低励磁系统成本。对于保证水轮发电机安全可靠运行、提高电力系统的稳定性有着重要意义,在中小型水电厂具有广阔的市场应用前景。

【Abstract】 After the characteristics and development of excitation system of synchronous generators are analyzed, micro-computer regulating theory of excitation system is discussed, this dissertation presents a scheme of designing excitation system with Programmable Computer Controller (PCC) and IGBT, and PCC IGBT excitation system of turbine generator is also developed according to the above mentioned.Firstly, hardware structure, software system and the realization of their functions all are detailed in this dissertation. Then, such jobs as design of IGBT securing and drive unit, design of main loop, hardware and software of PCC regulator, are fulfilled. At the end of this dissertation, PCC IGBT excitation system is tested in the laboratory. The results of test suggest that the PCC IGBT excitation system is fit for turbine generators and its dynamic and static qualities attain or surpass the quality prescribed in related national standard.The PCC IGBT excitation system has simple operating theory, excellent control ability, strong stability and reliability. All of these make it greatly significant for improving stability of power system with wide market foreground, it will a bright future in the medium-sized and small-sized hydropower station.
