FPSO多级自动监控与网络通讯研究

【摘要】 本论文课题来源于国家经贸委立项的《九五国家重大技术引进消化吸收“一条龙”项目》中的一个子专题:“FPSO全封闭高速信息公路自动化网络系统开发”以及国家计委立项的《国家高技术产业化示范工程项目》的分项:“BINGO 9000型半潜式钻井平台的平台信息系统设计与开发的深入研究”。 本文主要研究了FPSO的多系统网络通讯问题,设计开发了SQL数据库,利用ADO数据库访问接口技术实现对测量点的状态监测,使用Socket套接字开发了网络通讯程序,在服务器和客户机之间可以进行实时的信号监测和数据传输;研究了FPSO油船货油舱的参数监测系统和BINGO 9000型钻井平台燃油的加装与加温监控系统,这两个系统主要由信号测量、数据采集、数据显示、数据库查询以及网络通讯等部分组成;研究了监控软件的设计方法和编程环境,并开发了货油和燃油两个系统的监控软件;在VC编程环境下开发出实时动态显示液位、温度、压力以及电流信号变化的图形界面,本文开发的图形界面,内容丰富、直观、且易于操作使用,能方便的对全船的监测点进行实时监测,很好的达到了使用要求。 本文结合实验室的硬件条件,利用数据采集板进行了多参量的数据采集和数据处理实验并对FPSO多级监控系统,如货油、压载、机器、火气等系统进行了网络传输实验,结果表明本系统软件设计运行良好、安全、稳定,性能达到了预定的要求。

【Abstract】 This thesis is derived from the sub-subject:"totally closed high-speed message highway automatic network system of FPSO " of ((" one dragon" project of indraught - digesting and assimilation of great technology in the 9th five-year country plan)) made by the State Economic and Trade Commission and another sub-subject :"the design and further development of BINGO 9000 semi-submersible drilling platform information system" of (( the high-tech demonstration engineering project of country )) made by State Planning Commission.The multi-system network communication of FPSO is mainly researched and the SQL database is also designed, the ADO database accessing interface technology is used to query the measured information, the communication procedure of network is developed using Socket, it can carry on real-time signal monitoring and data transmission between server and client; the parameter monitoring system of cargo oil tank in the FPSO oil carrier and fuel loading and heating monitoring system of BINGO 9000 type oil drilling platform are also investigated, the two system are made up of signal measurement, data acquisition., data display- database inquiry and network communication etc; the design method and programming environment of monitoring software are studied in this essay, the cargo oil and fuel system monitoring software are also introduced; In order to real-time dynamically display the signal’s changing of oil level , temperature, pressure and current, the graphic interface is designed under the VC environment. It has been validated that the software can meet the demand and its interfaces are comprehensive- sensible and easy to operate.On the basis of hardware terms of laboratory, applies the data acquisition board to complete multi-parameter gathering and data processing experiment, FPSO multistage monitoring system which consists of cargo oil, ballast, machine, fire and gas etc. and network transmitting are validated , it is indicated that this systematic software design operates well, security, stability, the performance meats the requirement too.
