高性能水泥混凝土在路面修补中的应用研究

【摘要】 高性能混凝土是近年来所开发出来的一种新型混凝土,本文结合高性能混凝土技术,以成本低廉的工业废渣粉煤灰为主,研制出了粉煤灰复合超细粉快速修补专用掺合料(简称PFAC)。用PFAC等量取代30%以上的水泥配制的高性能快速修补混凝土(HPRRC)系列,经过大量的试验验证,可以满足水泥混凝土路面尽快恢复交通的要求,同时确保了修补区的耐久性。并进行了试验路段的铺筑,从工程实践上表明了本项目的成功。取得的主要成果有: 1.通过对粉煤灰复合超细粉快速修补专用掺合料(PFAC)各组分的试验分析,优选了各组成及含量,采用其配制的混凝土达到了所预定的要求,具有一系列的高性能:施工和易性好、早期强度高、高抗压强度、高抗折强度等。并且新老混凝土的粘结能力强,两者强度和变形发展一致。 2.本文在大量配合比优选试验设计的基础上,并依据《普通混凝土设计规程》JGJ55-2000,提出了简单易行的混凝土配合比设计方法。 3.进行了多组高性能快速修补混凝土力学性能试验,特别是进行了新老混凝土的粘结性能试验。其抗压强度、抗折强度及折压比均比普通混凝土有所提高。试验结果还表明:以30~35%的PFAC等量取代水泥配制高绿色度的高性能快速修补混凝土是可行的。 4.在大量试验的基础上以及结合工地的现场应用,总结和探讨了高性能快速修补混凝土的施工工艺和质量保证体系,对指导设计和施工有重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 High Performance Concrete is a kind of new concrete that was originated in recent years. In this paper, PFAC was first manufactured successfully and its main content is a kind of waste residue from industry, which is called pulverized fuel ash. Through the testing of a great deal of experiments, PFAC can be used with the quantity of more than 30 percent into confecting High Performance Rapid Repair Concrete series, and it can meet the requirements of resuming the traffic on Portland Cement Pavement as soon as possible, Meanwhile the sustainable of the repaired part was ensured. In the end, the testing section was paved and it indicates that this program gained success from the practice of engineering. The main achievement got in this paper can be list as follows:1. By analyzing each component of the PFAC through many experiments, We selected each component and its content properly. The concrete that was confected by PFAC reaches our predicted objective and has a series of high performance: easy mix, high early strength, high compressive strength, high bending strength etc. The old and the new concrete have a strong cohesion and the same stiffness and deformation conformably.2. In this paper, a simple and easily applied design method of concrete composing ratio was developed on the basis of large numbers of experiments and the rules of general concrete design.3. A large number of mechanical experiments of high performance concrete were carried out , especially the experiments about the cohesion of the old and the new concrete. It’ s compressive strength , bending strength and the ratio between compressive and bending all have some increase. The testing reports also indicate that: it is feasible to replace the equal amount of concrete by using 30-35 percent of PFAC.4. On the basis of large amount of experiments and their in-site applying, an experience about the techniques of construction and the quality ensuring system can be made, also it has an important reference value to direct the construction and design work..
