【摘要】 针对计算机控制技术、网络技术在现代企业生产的成功应用，结合公司实装部门的实际情况，提出构筑自动贴片设备信息网络，并说明其在提升企业综合竞争力方面的重要意义。 本文主要研究了贴片设备生产监控网络系统的设计、建立工作。系统的介绍了工控系统的相关理论知识、本系统软件、硬件的构成及生产监控网络系统的功能。该网络系统的主要功能是通过数据交换与命令控制，将贴片设备PC控制器中有关生产信息情报传送至监控机系统，由监控机系统对生产信息情报进行汇总、处理，生成各种信息情报的汇总报表及趋势变化图。 通过对生产监控网络系统的试运行结果来看，基本上达到了系统设计的要求，为各级管理人员提供了迅速解决现场问题的依据，提高了现场管理水平与生产效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Putting forward to set up the SMT equipment’ s information system by successfully applying the computer control and network technology in the modern corporation production, as well as the fact of the company’ s print board assembly section. There is great benefit and potential in improving enterprise’s competition.The articles mainly research the design and set-up of the SMT equipment’s production monitor network system. It introduces the knowledge of project control by the numbers^ and the form of the system software and hardwa^ and the function of production monitor network system. The main function of network system is transmitting the production information from the SMT equipment’s PC monitor to monitor system by data exchange and command control, then the monitor system can collect and deal with the production information, make all kinds of information sum-up list and trend change plat.By running the production monitor system, reach the request of the system design basically. It can offer the basis of settling local problem quickly for all kinds of managers, at the same time improve the local management level and production efficiency.更多还原
