多路数控精密开关电源的控制系统研究

【摘要】 开关电源克服了传统线性电源体积笨重、效率低的缺点,从而在电力传动、微型计算机、家用电器、通讯电源等领域中得到广泛应用。然而,因输出精度较低、有开关纹波等因素,在仪用电源方面目前还不能完全代替线性电源。为此,采用数字式控制来提高开关电源的性能是精密电源的一大发展方向。本文将以一体化多路精密开关电源为例,研究数字化精密电源模块控制的几个关键技术。 针对系统任务控制特点,构建了双CPU双口RAM系统,实现多路精密参考信号的计算、同步输出及串行通信、直流母线调节和智能分档的多任务控制。利用双口RAM进行数据交换,提高了系统数据通信的可靠性和实时响应速度。母线电压的跟随调节与采样电压分级调节(智能分档)均有效地利用了软、硬件资源,使系统性能大有改善。 对于双CPU数据交换及与PC间的通信采用了独特的协议,来提高系统的效率和可靠性。双CPU间采取的FIFO(First In First Out)模式与双口RAM模式相结合的数据交换协议,结合了硬件判优利软件仲裁的优势,对双机通信及时序进行协调,逻辑严谨,可靠性好。串行通信协议中短小帧的使用使数据包结构清晰,提高了程序执行效率。而完善的纠错体系使得数据传送错误的可能性也大为降低。 从合理利用系统资源的角度对应用于高精度交流电源的参考信号发生策略进行了探讨。通过对计数器输出法、基于锁相环单片机合成及基于DDS(Direct Digital Synthesization)的单片机合成几种方法的讨论,引出一种基于DDS的虚拟空间法,将时间上所面临的问题转化到内存空间上进行处理,极大地提高了交流电源的调频、移相精度。另外这个策略还具有可以产生谐波和任意波形的优势。 以上方案在高精度多路数控开关电源课题的研究和开发中得到了验证,展示了其可行性和优越性。

【Abstract】 Having overcome the disadvantages of ponderous, inefficient linear power source, switch power supplies are widely applied in power motion, industrial, communication, PC, office and family electronics equipment etc. But the ripple and low precision make it impossible to replace linear power source completely. Digital control can improve the performance of switch converter and is one of the directions of precise source. A high performance integrate multi-output switch power supply is used as an example to illustrate the main techniques of digital controlled intelligent source module.According to the control requirement, a dual-CPU-dual-RAM-based control system completes the calculation, outputs synchronization of multi-signal reference source, the serial communication, the adjustment of DC bus and the intelligent gradation. Dual RAM can improve the reliability and real-time response speed. At the same time, the following-adjustment and sampling resistor gradation make full use of software and hardware, and give great help to the high resolution.Two sets of unique protocol are used in dual-CPU data exchange and SC (Serial Communication) with PC to ensure the efficiency and reliability. FIFI (First In First Out) & dual-RAM protocol combining the advantages of hardware detection and software judge harmonizes the time sequence with high security. Short frames in SC protocol make the data construction clear and easy to be identified. At the same time, the perfect fault-correction system reduces the possibility of data transfer error.A signal-generated scheme that is used in high solution AC source is presented based on the reasonable usage of system source. By discussing the methods of counter-output, PLL (Phase-Locked Loop) -output and DDS (Direct Digital Synthesization) -output, DDS -based dummy-space method is brought out and it converts the time problem into space, improves the resolution of both frequency and phase-shift. Harmonic can also be generated by this way.The schemes above are used in a high resolution Multi-output Digital Control Switch Converter: ultimately test their feasibility and superiority.
